He specializes in FDA law and has been involved in vape technology since 2009. Likely the most knowledgeable person on the details of the deemings. Start from min. 12

Yes. They all seem like little boys whistling in the dark. They have zero clue. Most know the impending dagger. They are going to sell for as long and as fast as they can is all. I would too.

Getting an owner to advocate hard is a horse of another color.

I know of two in my area that are already planning on shutting down. One relies on internet sales to stay open and says they just don't have the money or means to meet the ID requirements for internet sales. The other says that without his in-house juice sales they can't survive. They both say they are in the process of scaling back purchases of new gear and supplies and the one that relies on internet sales already has a sign in the window saying they are closing July 31.
