So...I placed my order on sunday night and it was in my mailbox today!!!! Not bad considering Don took a day off in there.
I just have enough casablanca for 3 more days so my new stuff will be a little "un-steeped" but it's all good.
Born on dates are exactly one month apart so my resolution to do my part in pacing myself with BWB orders has done just fine, and since I hardly vape anything other than casablanca anymore, I think 60mls a month isn't bad at all.
I've finally slowed down my mod hoarding addiction so I've starting to finally feel the short-term financial benefits of vaping.
It's costing me less than $1.50/day right now which is huge compared to paying over 10 bucks for a pack of chokers when I quite 3 months ago.

I have a question about the Casablanca. I ordered some from the classifieds here. The date on the bottle is 1/10/11. From what I've read, Casablanca starts out spicy/peppery and becomes more cocoa-flavored as it steeps. Mine is definitely peppery and not cocoa-y. Don't get me wrong, I still like it (I like spicy and peppery flavors), but I was hoping to taste the cocoa flavor everyone talks about. Since it's had 2 months to steep, I'm curious as to why the cocoa flavor hasn't come out. Anyone have any insight? Just curious. Thanks!

might just be you holly.
if you took a poll you'd probably get an even distribution between peppery and the bakers cocoa flavor.
personally, I have never tasted spicy or peppery with casablanca. I get a turkish tobacco flavor which I guess could be defined as peppery to some, I just have found that the flavors blend together a lot better over time. Right out of the mailbox, I don't get much of anything but the cocoaa. I like it steeped because it lets the turkish tobacco flavor come out more.
Anyway, if you like it, no biggie right? My suggestion if your looking for the cocoaa flavor, get some that hasnt steeped for 2 months, I have found that although will vape it happily no matter when it was made, my favorite is after about 3 weeks of steeping for that particular flavor. After that, your gonna get more turkish taste which may explain what your experiencing now.
Don extracts his own tobacco so even though many like his flavors fresh, he does rec. steeping them, especially the tobacco vapes.

Thanks for the info! You're right, I *do* like it, so it's no biggie. I'm sure I will be ordering more at some point; then I can try it right out of the mailbox and see how it may taste differently. :)

My first order got accepted by the post office two days ago and hasn't moved since according to the tracking. I'm not anxious or anything just cause I look about 10 times a day

I see this all the time concerning "Delivery Confirmation". For me, it only changes when it arrives in my city, and sometimes hasn't changed until it says "Delivered" and I have it already in my hands.
I think since it is "Delivery Confirmation", there is no actually tracking per se, it just gives the sender proof that it was actually delivered to receipient. Make sense?

you'll def see a difference it taste and color. casablanca was that one flavor that I didn't really like the very first time I tried it, but i was persistant and kept going back to it every few days.
now it's my every-day vape!
I had been wondering when I started vaping if it was gonna be compared to analogs in any way and I think for me, other than the nicotine, I wound up falling into a groove so to speak with a particular flavor. I own a couple PV's that have never had anything vaped out of them but casablanca.
the funny thing about it is, I was a camel smoker before vaping and the flavor I wind up using daily is a turkish tobacco based vape. I didn't think with so many flavors out there that I would wind up with one so close to an analog but I guess stranger things have happened.
I do still enjoy treating myself to some of the sweeter flavors but they tend to be just that, a treat!!
Let us know what you think of fresh casablanca when you do try it, I always find it intriguing to hear other peoples opinions, casablanca does seem to be a love it or hate it flavor!

It truly is a unique flavor. And the aroma is just heavenly.

I'm so curious now...even though I just placed an order with BWB, I will probably place another one for more Casablanca as soon as I get paid, just so I can try it right from the mailbox! I'll definitely post what I think. :)

Holly, the first few bottle I vaped it was smooth and I tasted the cocoa - The next bottle was more peppery.
Don didn't change the recipe...
After a year vaping, I firmly believe that buds change from time to time.
When I pick it up again in a few weeks, it will be smooth, velvet cocoa again.
Just how it goes for me.

Tip - I mix it with some Bobas or Malty when I want it smoother.

Thanks, LT! I have some Bobas and I ordered some Malty, which should be here soon. Maybe I'll try mixing it just to see what I get. :)
