We had to get a P.O. box, since the mailboxes here easily hit daily highs of 120+ for weeks on end. Two orders turned bad over the years. I could tell on one order that had menthol by how fogged the liquid looked. The other looked fine but tasted just a bit like raw chemicals instead of vanilla and cream. I've never had a fruit flavor go bad, only desserts.

Be curious to hear about how others have identified bad premix eliquids or even DIY flavors. How did you know they we off?

A few hot days in your mailbox or a shipping trailer is not going to ruin you Eliquid. This would take well over a month even at 120F, it could effect quality some but not ruin it. If you are still worried you could have your Eliquid sent General Delivery and picked up at the PO without paying for a PO box, if you are like me it's a 30 mile ride one way to town if get all your mail there.

120°+. 150-168 is average and not the max. One day we had a pair of plastic slippers from Amazon melt to the bag they came in, which melted to the mailbox. The P.O. box solved the issue.

Heat aside, I withdraw my silly question because, well, "if you think it's off, it's probably off" is an obvious conclusion. I'm heading to the stash to clear out some untenables right now.
