It would help if you posted what type battery and voltage you are using also what ohm level is the head?.
oooooo bump that down......try it around 4V. I can never get above 4.5V with a 2.0OHM or it will taste nasty.......
I did a little test I put it on my 1100 mah standard ego-t and im still getting the bad taste

Maybe the head is off somehow. I use 2ohm at 7.5w. Are u sure it is watts and not vv?

for watts i usually can get away with 8W on a 2.0OHM.....i would say its something wrong with the atty since its not working on your other device either.......ill be quiet now
yes I even tried switching to volts and I had to kick it to the lowest setting and still had a slight burnt taste

It shouldn't happen so soon but maybe the head is bad. Change it out and see if that helps. Also may not be wicking enough since you are running so high vg level.
just get a new head.....that arent that expensive.....couple bucks i think

For a top coil clearo like the iClear 16s keep your PV on its side when you aren't using it to make sure the wick stays wet and/or tilt and twirl it right before you vape. If your juice is too thick to wick well you might need to add a drop or two of distilled water to help it wick better although that is usually an issue with higher VG juices than what you are using.
Once a coil starts delivering a burnt taste you need to clean out the tank and dry burn the coil. I couldn't find a video on how to do that specifically for the iClear 16 but any of the cleaning videos for clearos will give you a good idea of how to do it. Just go easy on the power and stick with no more than 5.5 watts bursts of a second or less once you see the coil start to glow orange

Try rinsing the head in hot water and dry burning the it till the coils glow red.
ok I didn't notice if it glowed but I quit once I saw the soke coming off or do I need to hold for longer?
