Now it's confirmed.
The ANVISA (Sanitary Vigilance Agency on Brazil, our FDA) already ban the commercialization of electronic cigarettes in Brazil, like the discussing, marketing, advertising with internet include.

The Government of São Paulo State has created a law that ban to smoking on closed places and of collective use, include the e-cigs. Dance houses, Bars, Pubs, restaurants, malls, night clubs like many others stablishiment will pay a big penalty if your clients to smoking inside. The law beggin this midnight and a lot of people smoking out side of bars on São paulo City.

The ANVISA ban the e-cig commercialization because of an FDA study that analisys the smoking everywhere and jantys e-cigs and cartridges. The law says that the commercialization is proibited but don't say anything about private use or private importing.

But the thing that let me angry, is the fact of our open television is doing a manipulation of brazilian people saying that the e-cig is most dangerous to health than the analogics... tsc tsc tsc....

Nobody says that ONE cancerigenous substance versus more than 4000 dangerous substances and more than 15 cancerigenous substance on analogic cigarette...

It's really hard to see the e-cig turn the great bad on history...

And this is exactly what the FDA had in mind when they issued that "alarmist" press release....they knew full well that the press would take the worst case scenerio and splash it EVERYWHERE!

Although, other countries do need to stop looking to the mighty US FDA (and its resultant manipulative crap!) and start thinking for themselves, I'm sorry that Brazil has come down like it has...

E-Cigs are MORE dangerous than the real thing - tying it in with antifreeze - what a joke!

You tell everything now!

The ANVISA at least can make your own reserch, but no.... the FDA says so the FDA it's right.... omg..... it sucks...

And the most principal news are saying: "Caution: know the dangerous alternative of smoke cigarettes, the electronic device of smoking"
tsc, tsc, tsc....
