It appears that Wet Vapes is dropping the ball. I ordered on Thursday on Friday I got a tracking number and it has not updated yet from your package is on the way to the United States Postal Service.

Now I understand that they usually send notice of the package before they actually send the packages and then you get an acceptance scan when they actually scan the package. But I also understand that I have never received a package in my entire adulthood that remained on acceptance pending for more than 24 hours other than Amazon where the post office is only bringing it the final leg of the journey.

I'm not upset about the shipping time but the fact that the USPS doesn't have my items and yet they're labeled as shipped for 6 days is a bit of a concern. But even that I could live with if they would just communicate with me

I've messaged them many times and they're not communicating so I'm assuming that they're trying to still operate even though they have no one available to operate.

Well thinking positive, you don't know how many vendors sent me a tracking number and for some reason they shipped it by another tracking number and didn't tell anybody.

Another thing I had happened for whatever reason it was never scanned until it was in my mailbox.

I’ve had the same thing happen. I had a tracking number for sourcemore that showed nothing for two weeks so I emailed them. The only way to track it was through 4px tracking which I had never used.

I suppose it's possible but probably less so than usual because I do have informed delivery and there is a package pending from them and there isn't any unknown packages but I suppose anything's possible. Honestly the past couple days I wouldn't have been surprised had it just show up. I'm pretty sure it'll be worked out eventually either way

I have recently....many times. USPS system and employees are bogged down and the long weekend doesn't help. I'm almost willing to bet your package will show movement by tomorrow and might even be at a DC outside of Wetvapes's state as we speak.

I think the reason for this is because they are not scanning the packages as they should or the tracking system just isn't working right.

USPS was out delivering packages Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day) in my area. Inefficient, but dedicated lol.

Funny but....I keep getting amazon packages I didn’t order or pay for. All satchels or backpacks. Last one was delivered on a Sunday.

I did contact them after the first one, was told to enjoy or re-gift. Going to need a new closet.

I get those too. The story I heard was some vendor in China picks your address out of the phone book or somewhere and then mails stuff to you and then adds their own positive comments for their own products. I never did get an iPad or anything, but something worth 20 bucks or less. I just give them away to friends and family.

They said they'll resend my package tomorrow as they believe it has been lost in the post. Maybe I'll get a double but that's usually a bit of a pita because I always send it back if they let me and it is not easy to send a package from my residence.

I got iPhone cords that way, but I don't have an iPhone... Shrug

I wouldn't worry about it, just keep it if you get a second package. It's too expensive to ship from USA to China.

EDIT: Ooops, nevermind you were talking about wetvapes. They'd be foolish to send another package so early in the shipping process given the pandemic issues with shippers. Lots of sites are extendeding their deliveyr times due ot the pandemic. Not just vape sites. It just shipped. So if they want to send you a double order, keep it.

I keep getting Amazon shipments from a company in Kentucky - beauty care stuff. After getting no help from Amazon or the company, I just pass them on to my daughter. I'd rather be on the satchel list.

The tracking number is generated when the vendor prints out your shipping label. The Post Office registers it as on the way to them at the same time. None of that means it has physically gone to USPS. I have had it happen a couple of times, and the vendor is more than happy to send "another one" and blame the post office for the delay. No skin off their nose 'cause they know it never left the building. You kinda have to expect this sort of thing to happen with so many places short handed.
