Yeah i tried that also and was told twice by upsp supervisors answering my list package report that i had to get the seller to start the process or else it would not be declared lost. I really jumped thru all of the hoops and twists and turns. It sux but i would not give up and did eventually get a full refund to my paypal acct.

I got about 15 of those tanks and so far, all are good.I won't be making any more orders for hardware from e-juice steals (only juice) Just realized the Nautilus X tank I got is defective. Was just about to order a DL tank and changed my mind. I suspect their stuff is "factory seconds".
I did indeed get that feeling when I called the post office. I appreciate you clarifying that. I did indeed decide to email the company again and explain that there is no number that I can get them, that there is no form I can fill out because I am not the seller. And this time I was met with a different answer they said that they would like to avoid my having to go through any more trouble and they're going to see if they can go ahead and resend my package. My first order from them there was a slight mix-up in products and I was extremely happy with the way that they handled it so I was a little bit surprised that I was being told to get a number this time. So hopefully they will be able to send it and everything will be fineThe company that sent the package is the only one that can start that process. You can visit your local po and take a copy of your tracking info and show to postmaster. Ask them to check it for you and to print out what their results are. I then sent those results to the seller via the open ticket. A I had similar problem and mine did get refunded tho it took months. Once you open the ticket to seller do not close that ticket until you get the refund and do not be hesitant in asking for updates as to the progress.

I got some strange replies from the post office as well that do not at all comply with what is onlineUSPS pretty much requires reports of this type to be done online these days .. I believe all that is required is a Tracking Number, based on an incident I had to deal with, anyway ..

Where it says that you need to have the receipt and proof of postage proof of insurance and the real kicker a thorough description of everything that's in the package. I don't know what everything in the package looks like because I didn't pack it and there is no category for e-juice nothing even close not even consumables was listed. So in that case there's about six subcategories including color on top of proof of value of those items. It really has to be meant for individuals who have shipped the product not people that are supposed to receive it because in a normal transaction You're simply not going to have all that information. And it's not a suggestion either you have to fill out every little thing at all has the red asterisk
Top cap doesn't seal well (with glass and/or top of coil) I've these same tanks before and never had issues like this. Air gets in and leaks around top cap and also suspect top of coil is leaking into airflow area. Floods/gurgles. If I crank it really tight it works better (never had to do that before) Hey, they were cheap so no big deal (Nautilus X) I'll try a new o-ring and see if that helps.What is the problem with the tank btw?

Click "Email us",
Then click "where's my package".
Anyone can fill out a where's my package" request, not just shipper.
Fill in all required info.
Don't have to give name of shipper IIRC.
For contents, select "unknown"
In the "Additional Information" box, simply type...
Package obviously lost. Please find and delivery immediate.
Say nothing else.
They will forward your request to the post office where it was last scanned or to the receiving post office and you will get a call from that post office.
I've been very successful with this. They find it, they deliver it. But there are cases where it will be lost forever, of course.

Anybody else get a lemon instead of a lime with their Vaporesso Pro from 3A?
First I noticed it discharged the battery way to quickly. Then, tried to charge thru the USB, and it appeared to be charging- alternating between the data screen and a charging icon. Oddly, the display never went off- it was still doing that an hour later. It felt warm around the usb input, but the charge wouldn't change for over an hour. Tried a different battery, same result.
I did download & update firmware, just in case, but no change.
I've emailed them, but just wondering if anyone else has seen this. And do your displays stay on the whole time it's charging, alternating like that?
