Yeah i tried that also and was told twice by upsp supervisors answering my list package report that i had to get the seller to start the process or else it would not be declared lost. I really jumped thru all of the hoops and twists and turns. It sux but i would not give up and did eventually get a full refund to my paypal acct.

    I won't be making any more orders for hardware from e-juice steals (only juice) Just realized the Nautilus X tank I got is defective. Was just about to order a DL tank and changed my mind. I suspect their stuff is "factory seconds".
    I am sure if you contact them, they will send you another. I got about 15 of those tanks and so far, all are good.

    What is the problem with the tank btw?

    The company that sent the package is the only one that can start that process. You can visit your local po and take a copy of your tracking info and show to postmaster. Ask them to check it for you and to print out what their results are. I then sent those results to the seller via the open ticket. A I had similar problem and mine did get refunded tho it took months. Once you open the ticket to seller do not close that ticket until you get the refund and do not be hesitant in asking for updates as to the progress.

    I did indeed get that feeling when I called the post office. I appreciate you clarifying that. I did indeed decide to email the company again and explain that there is no number that I can get them, that there is no form I can fill out because I am not the seller. And this time I was met with a different answer they said that they would like to avoid my having to go through any more trouble and they're going to see if they can go ahead and resend my package. My first order from them there was a slight mix-up in products and I was extremely happy with the way that they handled it so I was a little bit surprised that I was being told to get a number this time. So hopefully they will be able to send it and everything will be fine :) thanks again!

    USPS pretty much requires reports of this type to be done online these days .. I believe all that is required is a Tracking Number, based on an incident I had to deal with, anyway ..
    thankfully it looks as though it's not going to be a problem I think the companies just going to resend my order. I really hope so. I got some strange replies from the post office as well that do not at all comply with what is online

    Been getting into old-school mech mods lately. Last week I bought that wacky Innokin Itaste 134 MX-Z. Part of the reason is the case it comes in - my wife is really into unusual boxes - (I give her all my cool mod/atty boxes). Got it for $5.00 plus shipping. Had to order via phone because their website is down or not current(?). Found out they are going out of biz, and when I spoke to them yesterday about some mechs they have, found out that all mechs and RDAs are now 1/2 of their closeout price - making them $2.50/ea!!!!! BE ADVISED: MOST ARE CLONES

    Today I ordered 5 mech mods (most, if not all, were display models, but for that price who cares) and 5 RDAs. Total: $25.00. Did I mention shipping is also free?

    The RDAs I got were Patriot, Tobh, Stillare (all 26650), Authentic Nalu, Plume Veil, and Authentic Veritas (22mm).
    Mechs: Stingray, Legend, Onyx, Overdose and Vanilla.

    I also bought some mech mod display racks.

    I joked that if I shared this info with my friends at ECF, they could get slammed depending on the interest. Sales Clerk Christina said that's fine, they need to get rid of all items. Sorry if I grabbed the last one of a particular item ;)

    If interested, I suggest looking at the items on their website and see what interests you before calling. It seems that the mods they have are not marked down much - sales generally applies to clones/display models. They are extremely busy during this going out of biz sale, and also have limited hours. I think their new hours are 10AM-4PM Missouri time.

    Yeah that's the thing that I could not do on my own. Where it says that you need to have the receipt and proof of postage proof of insurance and the real kicker a thorough description of everything that's in the package. I don't know what everything in the package looks like because I didn't pack it and there is no category for e-juice nothing even close not even consumables was listed. So in that case there's about six subcategories including color on top of proof of value of those items. It really has to be meant for individuals who have shipped the product not people that are supposed to receive it because in a normal transaction You're simply not going to have all that information. And it's not a suggestion either you have to fill out every little thing at all has the red asterisk

    What is the problem with the tank btw?
    Top cap doesn't seal well (with glass and/or top of coil) I've these same tanks before and never had issues like this. Air gets in and leaks around top cap and also suspect top of coil is leaking into airflow area. Floods/gurgles. If I crank it really tight it works better (never had to do that before) Hey, they were cheap so no big deal (Nautilus X) I'll try a new o-ring and see if that helps.

    two other things to note. The company I am speaking about is FT and they told me they had to initate the search with the post office for a lost item but you have to ask them to do it.

    I even called the po custom's office in NY to see if they would track down my package--because even my local po postmaster said that her tracking shows they logged it into whatever system they use. But customs lied and told me they did not have it and never received it. My package had about $100.00 worth of items and I was so peeved. But waiting was all I could do and contacting FT a couple more times(not harassing tho) through my open ticket. I think it took about 4 months, but I wasn't able to lose $100.00

    Anybody else get a lemon instead of a lime with their Vaporesso Pro from 3A?

    First I noticed it discharged the battery way to quickly. Then, tried to charge thru the USB, and it appeared to be charging- alternating between the data screen and a charging icon. Oddly, the display never went off- it was still doing that an hour later. It felt warm around the usb input, but the charge wouldn't change for over an hour. Tried a different battery, same result.

    I did download & update firmware, just in case, but no change.

    I've emailed them, but just wondering if anyone else has seen this. And do your displays stay on the whole time it's charging, alternating like that?

    Thanks, Unc....really good idea. I've known about it for days, but haven't had time to deal with it. Reinventing my company to be virtual and all. That's really beginning to suck. :(

    Didn't even think to look for them here. I will this weekend.
