It's a great price...13 boxes due to arrive Monday.

Since I'm in Florida (only about 4 hours from them), mine are due to be delivered yet this morning. They're always very fast with actually shipping orders out...no matter where you're from! :)

I'm glad you were able to get some ordered at that price. They've been out of them for at least 4-6 months.

Well...I just got my order of the Zenith 1.6ohm coils...and they're the Z-Coils, not the original Zenith coils that I'd been told they would be. I've just called and left a message for someone to call me back. However, I wanted other people who ordered them to also be aware that they may receive the Z-Coils instead, too.

Didn't they just change the name. Pretty sure they're the same coils.

The only difference between the older Zenith coils and the newer Z-Coils was supposed to be just a name change. However, many of us who have gotten and used some of the Z-Coils...have found differences in the coils themselves (ie. they don't last as long, there has been at least 1-2 "duds" in each box, etc.). There have been numerous complaints to Innokin about them, not just people on here disappointed with them. In fact, someone had posted on ECF not too many months ago...that Innokin was aware of the problems and were told they were working to correct them.

There's no way of knowing if these are more of the first Z-Coils that people complained about...or possibly ones that Innokin has just recently made after fixing the quality control issues with them.

That's why I specifically called and asked them which ones they were selling on their website...the original ones called "Zenith Replacement Coils" (as the box shows on their website)...or the Z-Coils. I was told they were the original Zenith ones like the box shows, not the Z-Coils. That's why I ordered 30 boxes for a local friend and me, and 10 boxes for another ECF friend.

I guess you’ll have to try a box to find out. I’ve been using the 1.2 zcoils and they have been lasting for a long time. I’ll have to look in my stash. I don’t know if I have any 1.6 labeled zcoils.

The last ones I bought are the Z coils and I've had no problems with them lasting and no duds.

At this point I don't know if I'm willing to try them or not. Of the Z-Coils I've used in the past 2 months...they've lasted only 9-12 days each at the most (and that was stretching it), with the identical eliquid, and in the same tanks. I've also had 2 coils that were burnt...right out of the package from 1 box and 1 from another new box.

With the original Zenith coils I've had none burnt from the get-go and each coil has lasted me a minimum of 14 days before any degradation of taste/flavor. Those have been with the same eliquid, same amount run through them, and in the same tanks.

@JCinFLA maybe they are a new batch since they have been out of stock? I would think they might almost have to be? Maybe the store has info on that, or given they gave you the wrong information maybe they would let you try a few from some of the boxes, and see if they really are okay, and if not, you take them back.

    That's a bummer though :(

...the only thing I don't like - (and maybe it is just MY red one) the battery is a BOOGER to remove

I don't find my Colossal's too bad as far as taking the battery out, hopefully your pretty pink one is easier for you with the battery:)

I've heard and read the same thing about battery removal and installation, from several different people, no matter what color they have. It's 1 reason that I haven't even tried any of mine yet.
