my 102mm batteries lasts me almost 4 hrs with heavy use
I believe the formula is hr= mAh/mA. hr is hours to charge. mAh is capacity of battery. mA is output of charger.
Oooh!!! I have a battery question. Not sure if this has been addressed yet or not. Sorry if it has, but it's a quick one.
Just got my MF and I'm pretty sure it was fully charged when I got it (not really sure, my husband stole and and has claimed it as his own since it got here). I'm charging it for the first time and the LED stays on the entire time. It's an auto, not sure if Bloog even has manual batts. But I'm kind of concerned about it. I felt it and it's not hot or anything but the light stays on the entire time it's charging. I haven't fully charged it yet so I'm not even sure if it's charging or not.
I do have to admit that it's not a charger purchased from Bloog.
Is this normal?
Normal, it flashes then turns off when fully charged.
any new codes for saving a buck?
Speak English man! LOL, so like 320mah = 3.2 hours to charge? or something?
I figured as much, but I think I've mentioned before, my knowledge of electronics is limited to plumbing analogies. Once the pipes disappear into little black boxes I have no faith I will ever understand what wizardry goes on inside! And since as you pointed out before, the "smartness" is in the usb part of the charger, the A of the charger may well be irrelevant if it's being "smarted" by the circuitry in the usb part, right?
since Lithium bat chargers are supposed to be smart and have 2 charging phases with different characteristics: one up to 80% battery charge in which they supply a constant charging current, and a different charging mode after that.
I wonder if that's why, for the last bit of charging, the light on my Bloog USB charger is both red and blue (making it purple)....
Meanwhile, those of us who can add & subtract will buy pieces![]()
