Yeah, you should increase your resistance. Keep in mind that with lowering resistance there is increasing amount of liquid and battery drain.

It came with a .4 .5 and I also have a the .2 ohm coil. Should I be using the .5?

Use what you like, at the strength you like. Really is no better answer.

Not trying to be flippant, vaping is subjective.

3 mg/ml should be okay. It is surprising how thirsty sub0hm coils get. You could certainly try the 0.5 resistance coil and see how you do. You may prefer the vape, and it SHOULD give you more battery and less juice drinking (you will probably be able to lower your wattage with that coil). Experiment and see what you prefer.

Hello and welcome to ecf.

Suggested wattage on stock coils are just that---suggestions aimed at maxing out your coils so you use/buy more. The object is to find where you enjoy your ejuice the most--referred to as your 'sweet spot' here at ECF. Don't be afraid of playing with the watts. The coils will still work, and at a lower watt will last longer.

:)

Yeah, true. Vaping is about what you like. Not about what others think that you like. So if you like the taste with .2 ohm coils, stay with them despite your liquid will go through faster. It's better to stay with what you like most than doing some compromises which could possibly take you to point tha you stop loving the taste and in the worst scenario would push you to return back to analogs.

Thanks I’ll experiment more then with the wattage. I was afraid I would break something.

Thanks Anna for your suggestions!!
Not for that coil, but if it’s a .2 coil it’s very low resistance . You might do better with a higher resistance coil

I’m embarrassed to say I’m not sure which has a higher resistance
I have the .5 ceramic in now. But also have a .4 and a .2 ohm coils.

The higher the number the higher the resistance. The .5 coil should use less than the .2
