What does bavarian cream do for a recipe....sweeten, or smooth it out or what? Want to try some with some other flavors I have but need guidance please.
It can sweeten and smooth plus give the flavor depth IMO. Maybe you should mix a small batch of plain Bavarian Cream so you will have a better idea of what it tastes like before adding to other flavors? That is what I normally do with flavors that are new to me.
I use tpa bavarian cream in my coffee concentrates (i make my own coffees). It works fantastically for adding that creamy undertone in coffee flavors. Havent tried it in anything else, its reserved for this purpose exclusively... for now.
