Looking to start dripping but was wondering wich is the best rda to start off with? Any suggestions under £40? Thanks.

I only have a couple at the moment and am rather new myself but I love my tugboat v2 clone. Nice large build deck and deep juice well. I got mine for about $20 US.

Doge .. Cant go wrong with a doge. Easy deck to build on. It was my first RDA and sometimes I don't even know why I bothered to buy anymore.
Doge for sure, i love my mutation v4 better but doge is so much better to build on.
If you like dripping, which you probably will, you're just talking about the first one. My vote goes to the tugboat v2.
If you're looking to start dripping and you don't want to spend a ton of money, buy a few clones and if you like them, buy the authentic. I currently own 28 clones. I have 5 authentic rdas. Of the 28, I only really liked 5. I've purchased most from Fasttech and don't really mind the wait which can be 2-3 weeks. If you get 1 or 2 rdas, you will quickly learn what you like and what doesn't work for you. And use good cotton. It really does make a difference.
hands down the classic 3 post Igo w, its what myself and many other vapers started with and has the added benefit of being cheap. but if you would like to spend a bit more, the plume veil and tobh are also pretty easy to build on and have a T post design so dual coils and centered builds are that much easier.
Tugboat V2 clone from FT, but make sure you get a good one as some have loose janky tolerances on the fit. Or an authentic Mutation X V3/4
I recommend the Paradigm Magma, Tugboat or Mutation series.
If you're just beginning to drip, stick to 1 or 2 coil builds.
Also remember that if your dripping dual coils, the nic strength of your juice is also doubled. Dripping 12mg on dual coil is like dripping 24mg. (Found that out the hard way)
Magma will dual coil like a ...., all day long.
When you're ready to go to tri or quad coils, the Mutation or Tugboat would be a good choice. So would Ivogo N22, Hellboy or Mad Hatter.

+1 on the Magma. The Freakshow is another decent one I liked but unlike the Magma does have leakage issues due to it's air-flow design.

Currently 40 pounds is about $62 U.S. which should get you close to a nice Clone of Higher-End Authentic even with shipping.
I just got a 13 Heavens & 9 Hells made by CompVape here in the States. Impressive to say the least and just Aces All around. Probably for a tad more Pounds Sterling you could get one of those or something similar which would definitely return Value beyond the Investment rendered.

Well the Steamboat / Tugboat v2 clone came in and I'm impressed! Ironically a co-worker gifted me a Mutant X V3 and a CLT the same day. The build quality on the Steamboat is far superior. I just wish it had an adjustable center pin.
