I pulled the tank section off by accident lol. But even after that this chimney coil keeps flooding. I think I'm going to go back to a simple macro coil. But will wrap with 26awg to get a bit more surface area. Fck it.
Best coil for KFL+ using 28 AWG on a regulated mod?

Lol- not laughing at you; but, that one I've done. I did it once in the car. Was going out to eat and figured I would just top off the tank before going in. I don't know what i was thinking; wait, I wasn't thinking. When I Went to take the tank off I inadvertently unscrewed the tank from the base. My chick was embarrassed. Lol
You gotta do what you gotta do. I'm sure at some point you'll decide to try and tackle it again. Sorry for your troubles though.
We all have a nemesis. Mine is the Protank coils. I can't wrap those damn things well to save my life- they are the reason I started on RBAs; I try to prolong changing my girls as long as I can. But those little .......s kill me. I can do a basic single coil with a high resistance wire at 4 wraps to get me just an 1 ohm and that Is it.

Think I might try duals in my kfl. Though I struggle catching the leads on one coil two should make my eyes bleed out of frustration!

First time I did it I wanted a Cynanide capsule. Since then I got it handled. Lol
I have a Nemmie I use for my Kraken. Run duals on that at 0.5. Much better vape after my flooded KFL. I'll just hit that tonight and mess with the KFL later
As long as it's 1.0 ohm and up pro vari is OK. Really they were designed for high ohm & high volts

Well my first attempt at this wasn't so good. Took my wife and I both to mount the coils, finally got them in, but it takes far too long for them to heat up. With the juice im running it already takes too long. I need some 30 gauge or maybe even 32 for less wraps

K. So at 1.5 in a kfl cotton I should run this at like 4.3 volts right?
4.6v Is the maximum, so no issues with 4.3v.
Depends on the juice also - I find dark juices fry if using the max voltages. That's one of the great things about the pro vari, you can test each juice and find the right voltage for that juice. As its regulated, you get pretty much the same hit each press
tell ya what I really just think I found my sweetspot and perfect vape on KFL+... microcoil 28 Guage around 1/16 10 wraps came out to 1.3 ohm and she really gives off the flavor 11-15W. This was my 3rd build ever 1st was 32 Guage 2.9ohm 2nd was 28guage 1ohm and I think this beats both for sure I like the extra wraps.

I'm going to try using AWG 26 macro and want to aim for 1.2 ohm. Not sure how many wraps will be needed though.
