Thanks for the advice oh and the 901 is heaven to me compared to my first PV the SE gold which almost ruined vaping for me,lol garbage.Yeah I got my 901 from E-Smokey and it rocks,luckily I haven't had to many atty's die or batterys so far.Except one battery I was trying to take a cart off with the battery attached to the atty and to apart the battery by mistake,that sucked.But yeah my first 901 starter kit cost $59.00 plus shipping then I found out at myvaporstore you can get a kit for $42.99 plus shipping.So that is why I though I would start this thread.One note though the $42.99 kit only comes with one atty.Might be worth the extra $16.00 for that atty.

I got mine at myvaporstore for $42.99. You can buy extra attys for $8.99 there too.

My cousin was just askin me about the 901 and I told him it was a good cig, I told him I don't know from experience because I have a 510 manual but reveiws are good, but I would def go with a 510 after my experiance, this thing rocks all night long as long as the batts are charged and they always are with my pcc, vape on, I am def going to make a mod of my own soon

Thanks wellfedned I will check that out for sure.Oh and jentheartist,I bought the smoking everywhere gold model and it was awful I couldn't get any vapor from it and had a cart get stuck on it my first day and had to cut it off the end and also cut myself in the process.It worked so badly for me I almost gave up on e-ciggs.Luckily I found this site and got some good advice.I don't want to make it sound so gloom because maybe I just got a bad one who knows.And as far as one cartridge being the same as one pack of ciggerettes well maybe if you take one drag off of it every two hours that might work,otherwise no hell no.

Ha guess my reply to jen was a little redundent,I didn't see all the other replies before I spoke,lol.It's sad how many of us ended up with that as are first e-cigg.I paid upwards of $90.00 for mine.

I do not consider myself a light vapor at all and I love my 901's.

You just have to know how to use it!! ;-)

Thanks - Mine charged last night and I must be doing something wrong because I get no vapor and just a wet lip from the goop coming out of the tip- I wonder if there is a video on You Tube or something to show me if I am putting it together right? I feel like a dork! I wonder if I can return it to the store?

Hey Stillsmok9 I feel the same way my 901 gives great hits and I used to smoke a pack a day and well until I started smoking cigars instead.But anyway haven't smoked either since I got my 901.I guess what every PV he said he is using must put off insane amounts of vapor.

Jen don't give up. There's several youtube videos and links in this forum. Check leaford's picks. As for returning your's, good luck. My son brought home one of those gold kits and thats what started this ball rolling.i'm 3 weeks analog free and now have a new hobby, much to my wife's dismay. She's all for the quitting but says i have enough e supplies. You will find a way to make this work. Check out the newbie forum thier's a lot more like us working through the learning curve.

I ordered from ruyandirect last week and am expecting my order in the next day or two. I think the shipping situation from china is ok if you are willing to wait to save the money. Mine was shipped on the 16th and should be here soon. I have seen posts where people say that they have received their orders in two days when shipped from a U.S. supplier. I ordered some juice from rockymountainvapor and had it in two days. So I guess the question is how long are you willing to wait to receive your order?

Thanks! I did get mine working and it's not bad - I haven't tried the menthol yet (I am a menthol smoker but to get it going just went with what it came with) - so I hope those will taste good.

I have a feeling it may be a new hobby for me too since someone replied that all cartridges are refillable - and that seems the less expensive route to take - I see me trying a few options in my near future! I will LOVE getting rid of the smoke smell and not spraying myself with fabreeze anymore!!! LOL
