Hey guys,

I’m looking for a good regulated Squonk mod. Can you guys recommend which ones are good? I’ve heard good things about the dotmod dot squonk and the vandy vape pulse 2.

Are those generally the best options? Is one better than the other?

Thanks

Pulse v2 for me, the water resistance is a large plus, I had a top side that worked for less than a day because of liquid seepage fouling the innards,

the Top side has that big a22 vent in the face of it,

Pulse V2 has just dropped in price, is simple to use and durable

I've got the VV Pulse v2 and Pulse 80w. Plus a mech dotsquonk.

The Pulse v2 is rugged, water resistant (handy for rinsing the bottle out), has a great chip and has an easy to use bottom fill port. Mine has been in daily use for 9 months, and has been flawless.

As for the regulated dotSquonk 100w - if it's anything like the older mech dotsquonk, then it's definitely worth looking at.

I'm a DOVPO Topside lover myself, they have two kinds, one is dual battery and the other is a single battery that takes a 21700 battery and I just love them...

They are both heavier mods than the plastic but my dual battery Topside I run daily every day for the last 18 months and it's just now starting to give me some problems, but it might be that the contacts just need a good cleaning too.. Don't know for sure yet but even if it is getting ready to give up the ghost it's been a good run!

They are ergonomic, substantial enough not to break if you accidentally drop them and easy, super easy to fill!

    I highly recommend!

The dotMod dotSquonk (mech) is an excellent squonker. The bottle holds ~10 mls. I have two and one of them is always in rotation. It's one of my favorite squonkers. It is built very solidly. You won't ever have to worry about a board frying out. As with any mech mod, it will last for the long haul with proper maintenance.

Also really good... the Psyclone Mods SqEvo DNA 60. Mine is always in rotation. It's easily my favorite regulated squonker.

As previously mentioned, the Pico Squeeze 2's are excellent and totally worth hunting down. They are very solid little squonkers. It can take a 21700 battery or an 18650 (w/incl adapter). The Squeeze 2 can be updated to the Arctic Fox firmware which brings its performance to nearly that of any DNA mod. I have a couple Sq2's.

ETA: The dotMod dotSquonk also takes a 20700 or 18650 (with the included adapter).

If you can still find them, I obviously like the Pico Squeeze2's.

I've been using Pico Squeeze 2's since they first came out. I love that they're palm sized yet accept a 21700 battery. They're durable too, I'm still using the first ones I bought. Unfortunately, Eleaf discontinued making them last year, they're a thing of the past and I haven't seen one available anywhere for months. Fortunately for me, I purchased quite a few Squeeze 2's while on clearance last fall.

I bought a couple for ~$20 on clearance.

You can still find them in-stock. Element Vape has them but, pricey. If one looked further clearance ones might still be found.
