0,07 Ohm at 4 Volts will draw ~57 Amps. There is no such battery.
Either get a parallel Box and use LG HB Series (30 Amps) or better, don't build this ridiculously low.
If you want to use a regulated device, the resistance doesn't matter anyway and the Amp-draw is dependend on the Wattage you set it to.

could you recommend a parallel box for me?

There are limitations to how much power a single 18650 battery can deliver. A good 20 amp battery is about 60 watts whether it's on a mechanical device or regulated. Of course you can choose to push them further, but at best you will stress them and reduce the life-span of the cell. At worst you will trash the battery, your mod or possibly your dental work. 0.07 ohms with a single 18650 is just plain kamakaze, even with a true 30 amp battery you are asking to get injured.

If you want 60+ watts you need to use more than one battery, simples.

Please read up on these 2 blogs! Safety should be priority #1 when using any device. I dont know what device you intend to run this on, or, what materials were used to make the coils, but unless you're running TC mode there is no need to build/run such a low resistance.

I was going to say the same thing, but the man is right on that - Safety while vaping is #1. You will be doing yourself and the vaper community a favor. At that sub-ohm level, especially on a mechanical mod, you're looking at a possible risk of the venting from excess power draw - essentially, you could blow up the mod... Mooch's blog is good if you want to find the right battery that matches your vaping needs, but it will do no good if you do not have a foundation of vaping safety and basic understanding of Ohm's law.
