Best unflavored e-juice with no throat hit w/o diacetyl?

I've always had good experiences with ECBlends.
Their nic, though in the old days was not the least expensive, was very good.
Customer service was good. Not all of the vendors are.
Ability to choose your own juice from a wide variety of possibilities was good. I mix my own now, so that's of less interest to me.
But, back then it was fun and worked well.
