WITHOUT naming vendor names...let's keep it simple and somewhat classy, what's your biggest gripes about ejuice vendors...

...maybe we'll get the attention of some of those vendors....

I'll start:

- Giving the juice a creative title and no tasting notes or description.
- Not giving an option for PG/VG blend ratios (I don't like higher PG levels).
- having the online store closed and not even letting us window shop (I understand being closed, but let us look and drool).
- Not stating what the PG/VG ratio is...If I can't choose the ratio, at least tell me what it is.

Remember the rules: Keep it clean, NO NAMING OF VENDORS, Keep it simple, this is just a place to let off a bit of steam.

Thanks for asking, Hippieangst. :)

Here are mine:

~ Inane descriptions of products that tell you exactly nothing: "Not your typical horseradish vape!!!"

~ Insulting descriptions of products that are apparently designed to make you feel like an ignorant barbarian: "Bubbaberry BlahBlah isn't the kind of cheap, tasteless crap preferred by 7 year olds. Sorry!"

~ Weirdly self-important emails that make it sound like you've been glued to your laptop day and night for months, putting your entire life on hold until you hear from them: "Awesome, mind-bending news! Your package has actually SHIPPED!"

Actually, I like it when they name juices with esoteric names. I'm tend to overlook the typical "Strawberry Lemon Blast" names - after awhile, they all look the same and nothing jumps out at me. When I see a name like "Dorky Stud" it makes me go, "huh?" and then I read the description and reviews to find out what is in it. I hate one-note juices. I like blends. But that's just me :2cool:

ITA on the other rants though, lol. And yeah, be careful about naming those vendors - it get peoples' dander up around here!

I'm perfectly okay with funky names; just give me some tasting notes in the description. I just don't want to inadvertently order some high powered menthol, tobacco, blueberry with a twist of licorice just because I couldn't decode the goofy picture or description.

I've come across dorky stud a few times and was quite intrigued, but thankfully, they state in the description that it is a tobacco blend; thus, I know to move on. But, if I were looking for a tobacco flavor, that would be on my radar.

Vendors here in Utah are actually really good as far as customer service goes. BUT if I could say something.

-Please have high demand items in stock and on shelfs that you represent on your websites as in-stock. Certian people like to take a hands on look at an item before they buy it, which usually later is online.

-Would like to see rewards programs for buying so many juices/items...sorta like the subway points card/program they have. Vendors give you a card and afte like the 10th 10ml juice is purchased you get one free or a point system for all items. "Sir your balance is 150 points on your E-Cig card." I know some vendors have this program on their website.

Here's a few that spring to mind:

- not offering the nic content that I want
- out of stock on the ONE flavor that I want
- getting all the way through the checkout sequence only to discover they don't accept the CC I want to use
- disorganized/hard to navigate website

And I certainly agree with OP about the non-option for PG/VG and not stating what ratio their juices are. Would be nice if all vendors labeled their juices with dates and ratios.

Vendors who overcharge. Vendors who put LOTS of food coloring into everything. Vendors who have cheap labels that fall off. Vendors who think it is "cute" to have unvapeable flavors, such as "bleu cheese" or "horseradish." Vendors who take my $$ immediately, but wait 2 weeks to ship my stuff. Vendors who use the word "gourmet."

I hate when I continually order from a company and they never offer a little discount code. I'm not cheap by any means, actually i'm far from that. I think it's a good gesture to toss me a 10 percent off next order coupon code or something after a 100 dollar order. Maybe it's just me.

I agree here, I've spent hundreds on Juice with the same supplier, yet never a freebie or a discount for being a loyal customer.
