I would be shocked if he didn't like the idea of PVs. He is a big advocate for legalization of M, and generally exposes hypocrisy, stupidity and dogma on his show all the time.

Good to know, thanks for everyone for their information on him. I try not to watch politically based shows, so there's some people that I do not know a lot about as far as that goes.

I posted this yesterday on another thread...it may help y'all here? And if/when ecigs become enormously popular, I am sure there will be recycle programs for the batteries and other parts like there is for cell phones and ink cartridges. Heck 4 trillion cig butts compared to what we actually throw away? And no leaking of stuff into the environment.

Who actually throws their bottles away? I use mine to mix new flavors in. I can't wait until I get enough so that I don't have to order any more from US Plastics. I like US Plastics stuff, I just would love to be able to spend the money I spend there to buy more no flavor nic liquid or flavorings instead. If you're throwing them away feel fre3e to recycle them by sending them to me :). I think I've thrown away 1 cart that I dropped and then stepped on, other than that they get used over and over again with PTB filling. And since I've switched to a battery mod and am using CR123s when they eventually die they can go to a battery recycling place. Definitely overall more eco-friendly than the 30-40 butts I used to toss in the trash every day. And all those cig butts leach chemicals into the ground.

I think Bill Maher could probably get DiCaprio to talk about the e cig since he uses one, but has anyone thought about Michael Moore getting on our side, he has no problem going after Big Pharm and the FDA.:)
Here is a link to Michael Moore's Facebook page. I think contacting him is an excellent idea!!

I'm telling you, a lot of people hate that guy. I know that we shouldn't be too picky or whatever, but as I have mentioned, do we really want someone with a negative rep to most of the people in the country to help represent us?

IMHO, Michael Moore has some great ideas, then goes too far with the hogwash/conspiracy theories. Instead of pointing out what is wrong and letting others come to their own conclusions... he goes almost into a self-righteous crusade mode.

I have no political affiliations other than who is right for the country and who appears to be the best one running... on all levels of government. So my opinion isn't from the right or the left...

He would be more beneficial 10 years down the line if the ecig is buried and he diggs out what really happened here. Right now, I think Superstar is right, it's not a safe bet.

Bill Maher, Steven Colbert, John Stewart - These are the types of people we want to give attention to us. Unlike Michael Moore, they push the envelope, bring out what they feel is the truth and leave the audience to decide. When making points in interviews with "the other side", they have a tendency to ask questions that allow their opponent to make him/herself look like an as& on their own.

Those types of "proponents for the cause of news/truth" have more credibility with people from both sides and definitely have most if not all of the center listening, which is an ever growing portion of the American population. Those are the people we need listening.

Very well said! You said it a lot better than I did. :)

sorry to get off topic, but that picture was put like that for a reason. It would confuse to many people if they just had the battery in the charger without the ..... They wouldnt know what part it is. I can at least 2 calls a day more or less from new customers wanting to know how to set theirs up and thats with an instruction manual thats pretty stright forward.

I can't stand Michael Moore. And Bill Maher is not much better... here he is in a Halloween costume chosen after Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin died. Disgusting man.

Different people have different types of senses of humor. I was more disturbed by Steve Irwin harassing animals in their homes. Imagine how it would feel if some higher life form came to Earth and came into our homes to film us doing what we do, and got as up close and personal as Steve Irwin did. Granted he did a lot of good things for animal preservation, but every time I watched him I figured one day he'd get too close and either get hurt or killed.

Is Bill Maher wearing that costume and different than someone wearing a costume that makes it look like they've been attacked with a knife. People wear things like that all the time, but no one thinks about the fact that the guy waiting on you at the gas station on the way to the party you are going to dressed that way may have had a relative who was knifed to death. Why is it any different just because so many people admired Steve Irwin.
