Wish I had the money and space for a road couch.:D

My Sporty does me just fine though. Got some bags on it and can put others on to carry more stuff. The island ain't that big so not doing any 200 mile a day rides and it's great for zipping in and out of traffic.

Hey! Sportys are awesome bikes! Only reason we ended up with this one (we had a Honda 1800 VTX-C) is because if I was going to ride with him-we had to have a set up that I could move around on a bit. Couldn't do it with the VTX...so when I was back home in Feb., he found this one and picked it up. It was taken care of VERY well by one of our local Fire Chiefs and we felt it was an honor to get it for the price we did.

But as far as smaller bikes... I'd LOVEEEEEEEE to be able to ride a Sporty man! I in fact recently saw someone convert a new Sporty into a trike for a local disabled woman. It was cool as heck! But, with the terrain we have here-I don't think it'd be for me. Neat idea though!

I understand.... I can't ride anymore either. Not as primary anyway. And it sucks for sure. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya ;)

Renilyn, get a 3 wheel drive URAL. They break a lot but hella fun. I got my eye on a Can-Am Spyder. This way I don't have to worry about falling over and I can focus on riding. As I said my eyes are fixed, but there not the same.

!ha! I've a friend that's got a couple of the Spyders. I rode hers in the parking lot one day-AWESOME! They handle a bit odd, but I think I could get used to it. They sure are a fun lil bike!

I've rode a couple BT's and they're nice for long distance and on the slab but for around town and a lot of the roads that I ride the Sporty is perfect. Quick, nimble and handle better than the big bikes - fits my current riding style - I can sit back and just cruise or when needed get on it and away from things.

I would think it would be odd for those of us reg. riders. I had a friend that rented one. He said you have to kinda unlearn how you ride. I would love one for sure. But right now I'm a full time care taker of my 95 year old grandma. I'm the night shift,Mom's the day. So riding right now is out. But I can dream.

That extra width would mess me up for awhile and would keep me from lane splitting.

I've heard the same about those bikes-but damn they're COOOOOOL! When they first came out I wasn't sure, but now, I do like them very much!

Ahhhh, another person with a grammy that made it that far! Good on her! My grandmother turned 95 in August. She's amazing. I do wish that I was closer (in distance) so I could spend more time with her. I miss her daily.

*steps in from own world*

Does anyone else have an animal that chases your vapor because they think its food? I do and it's getting a bit strange to have this dog chase me around the house to try to get near me on my next hit! LOL I blow it up toward the ceiling so that he doesn't get a face full of nic, but he just sits under it and waits. He's a freak!

My girl CK licks at the vapor in the air. NTVB some times.

I'm a newbie and have been reading this thread and realing liking it. I don't really know if it is open to everyone or not but I just wanted to say hi to everyone.
Little background on myself: my boyfriend and I both stopped smoking analogs the end of June. We first started with cartomizers then was introduced to the vaping world just a little over 2 weeks ago and we are hooked. We both have Evod and an Aspire VW w/ the Nautilus Mini tanks. This Sunday we are heading to our first vaping Expo in Ann Arbor, MI. Can't wait to get new toys and juice!!
Just wanted to say "HI" to everyone. I'm loving all the conversations on EDF and everyone has been very friendly and helpful!!

The only requirement to be here is to be here, so you got that one in the bag.
WELCOME Post to your hearts content.
