Ive been lurking on this thread for quite some time now contemplating whether or not i should buy a reo and i decided with my upcoming birthday i would! Seems like it will be the best option for me because i am always on the go and im tired of carrying around so much stuff just to have a vape.
So ive decided i will be purchasing a REO grand with a RM2. Now all i need to know is what else i may need! Im planning on getting a delrin button cover but im not sure what else i will need. Does the RM2 come with a drip tip? Ive got plenty of standard rebuild supplies so i dont need any wick or wire. Will i need any special O rings or anything?

I am planning on ordering on friday as an early birthday present, so whatever information you guys and gals can provide would be super helpful!

First off:

One of us.. one of us.. <3

---------------------------------

More importantly:

Yes the RM2 comes with a Delrin(or plastic.. it's black) drip tip. so you're all set on that. It comes with O-rings and stuff (at least mine did)

You will need wick and wire, but you've said you've already got that covered.. and a Battery! Otherwise you don't need anything that you don't already have :)

Thanks for the quick response! I was hoping it did come with that tip i see in all the pictures, i really like it for some reason. I may have to pick up a few AW 18650 considering i only have MNKE's as of right now. Thanks for the help. Im stoked for friday, hopefully the Grand i want is still available by then!

It would be wise to snag a replacement spring or 2 for the grand (or rebuild kit, which contains one), just in case of a short.
If you don't have them already, the AW IMR 18650 batteries make a noticable difference over most other 18650's.
Some advise extra screws for the RM2, I've never needed them.

You should also begin deciding what color(s) your backup grand will be, because, well, we're pretty certain you'll want more. :)

If you're constantly on the go as you mentioned, the grand is a most excellent choice.

I use mnke's without any issues, but everyone recommends the AW's

Ive heard that i will be wanting more than one quite a bit. Sadly my vape budget only allows for one as of now. I spent too much on other high end mods recently
Im hoping the grand works out for me, I was torn between the new 18490 mini and the grand. I do vape quite a bit throughout the day though so i think im going with the grand. Friday will be the deciding day!

I got too excited and just placed my order. Im way too impatient to wait until friday and then have to wait all weekend for it to arrive. Ordered a raw aluminum grand, REOmizer 2, spare spring, black delring button cover and a spare bottle. Gonna pick some AWs up when it arrives.

I would buy 2 1mm orings. And 2 1.5 mm orings. The 1.5 work great between the bottom of the rm2 and connector to prevent leaks...tight fit! And if your airhole don't line up between your base and cap it will help!

Thankfully i have loads of spare O-rings laying around so i think i will be okay on that note. Thanks for the suggestion! Does the airhole generally not line up with the coil build space?

The airhole will line up dead center between the two posts of the rm2, on the side with the juice hole. I too just switched to the reo set up and couldnt be happier. One of the many good things about the reo is that it has the best community possible. Everyone is really chill over here and its not like the giant pissing contest of the current vape meta.

It generally does... but I got mine used and it was almost 90deg off. It could be the seller had more than 1 rm2 and mixed the caps up. I have to use a 1mm to get my hole to line up, and keep a snug fit.
