Hey guys, so my fiance works in a chemist/pharmacy and i was intriqued to various things that i can try/test myself
So outcame the CO meter and the BP monitor.

Well after vaping for a short while on 24mg nic eliquid my BP went from 141/82 upto 158/92 and my CO level stayed at 1 (that of a none smoker)

Now, i have had a headache when vaping the 24mg nic, so i a awaiting 3 other levels, 20mg, 18mg and 11mg i am hoping that my BP Will fall respectively of each level of nic that i vape.

I find that 24mg is a little too strong for me, will i notice a difference between the 24 and the 20? I have brought 30ml of the 20mg eliquid without doing any prior trials, bit of a bad move on my part, as now knowing i would have had something 1/2 that strength so i can vape it all day!

Anyways, what are your thoughts on all of this? Be interested to hear if anyone else has done something similar?

Many thanks
Eddy

So the headache that i have been experiencing is probably due to too high nic level? so would a 20mg be much different to a 24mg?

I have loads on order now lol i have some 20mg, 18mg, 11mg and some 8mg on the way now so i can try some, the rest i feel will be going to waste once i find my pick! :)

I'd try some 12mg juice. You can also buy 0 nic juice to cut your 24mg to 12mg (equal parts of both). Vaping is like smoking. The more you vape, the more nic you get. Matching your vaping frequency with your nic level will get you in the right zone. If you vape like most people smoke, it helps. Vape a little. Put it down for 20 minutes and then come back and vape some more.

If you reduce the nic level enough, you can vape all you want.

Only a month in without analogs, and, I too started at 24mg and now down to 18mg, and may go to 12mg pretty quick. If I try 24mg now I definately notice it. Even though I was a 2pad smoker and getting ton's more nic than I am now, I think my body reacts to the nic more now as all the 5000 other chemicals in cigs are missing.

Hardware will also affect this, as I've noticed I need even lower nic with my more powerful (higher voltage) setup.

That 'nic headache' wasn't any fun for me, and it lasted about 36 hours.

When I started vaping I was at 18mg, but that wasn't enough. After I upped the nic to 24mg, I was able to get off the analogs...but after a couple of months, it's now time to cut the nic back again (I bought a Lava Tube). I just ordered a box full of 6mg juice & lots of flavors through the classifieds.

I'll probably keep a few of my 24mg juices, but I'm thinkin' the classifieds are a great way to pass them on to the folks who need higher nic for awhile. If you buy too much, somebody will probably want it, so don't throw it out! :)

Good luck 2u!

If you still find the 20mg to be too strong for you, head over to Walmart and in the section near the bandaids and first aid stuff you can find vegetable glycerin (labeled glycerin) in a 6 oz bottle for 3 bucks. Dilute your e-liquid with it and add any additional flavoring you may have on hand if desired.
