No, it's the Standard PCC, right under the Mini. Pic shows Fusion logo...maybe that's the old charger but compatible with Maxx?
I didn't realize you weren't responsible for the customer service and shipping. Are the partners that are (I’m assuming Mike is one) on this forum? If so, what are their forum names? If not, you should really try to get them on here so you can stop taking all the heat!

While you're at it, can you tell me who you normally have ship orders when a customer selects the cheaper shipping option? I was under the impression it was USPS, but my order was shipped Fedex. Although it wasn't a problem this time because Fedex delivered on a Saturday, I normally get Fedex and UPS orders shipped to my work address since nobody is home during the day and I have to pick up my order at the shipper's warehouse (which is a huge pain).
Basically, I just want to know what company is going to ship the order so I can choose which address is most convenient to me.

per mike: We typically use USPS, Toni, but they have issues with their software & at times we have to switch to FedEx. We switch immediately when we can't download additional postage.
I have never gotton any tracking info from Blogg. I am on my third order and have no idea when it will arrive. This is the biggest downfall of Bloog. I love the Maxxfusion and the cartiridges....but am tempted to move on to another vendor. I have ordered from the competition and at least get tracking info and knew when to expect my order!
Lo: That doesn't make any sence to me. You would rather go back to a reg 808, because you'd have a tracking nr ?? I have stuff on the way from a company in England. Have absolutely no idea when it's gonna get here, but every time I order from them, it gets here! Sometimes it takes 3 days, sometimes 5... Don't get all the commotion...
READY TO SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I guess I already am. I have -emailed CS at Bloog, called and gotton nothing but a busy signal and a "call a friend" ad, and am ready to give up on Blogg totally. This is really horrible because I LOVE the Bloog batterys and carts. My latest problem is my PCC (std. size) that replaced my glue defective one now has the same problem. Unglued!
I'm still waiting for my RY4 to come to replace the Fusion RY4 that was ordered by accident (Actually I did receive one pkg.) and I have decided that Blogg has the slowest and most expensive shipping in the world. HELP! Wasn't someone named Chris hired to start dealing with customer issues? Where is Chris....kind of like "Where's Waldo"?
P.S. One of the Blogg people in NJ seems to be totally and hopelessly useless based on previous e-mail contact with this person.
