Then you need to take the transaction number and report them. All cs calls are recorded and/or chats recorded. I'm sure that person will be relieved of their job for swearing at a customer.

I've only used customer support once and they were very polite and helpful.
Sounds bad. Fortunately, I have not had experience with negative customer support like that.

I also contacted them about 2 weeks ago on a disposable and they told me take there was nothing they could do cause they do not warrant any carts or disposable items :(
i had no issues with customer service when i contacted them about a disposable that i felt didn't last as long as it should.. got a replacement with no issues, and like the product.

after reading your rant to the CS, i kinda felt sorry for them. :(
