Did you order the Xhaler to do a comparison or review? Your answer would influence my opinion concerning if you are eligible for a refund or not.

Absolutely NOT! I ordered the Xhalers because I wanted them. I had been following the xhaler thread and was excited to purchase them.

At that time my husband and I were putting together a review of the PV's we own. This was a different type of review. We were going to not mention vapor but instead focus on weight, finish, battery life, etc... This was in the works when I ordered the xhalers. Drew knew this.

Ironically because Drew knew this I let him know I was not going to put the xhaler into the review. I did not want him to think I purchased them just to test them. I said that very clearly.

Now it's been twisted. These are the things I posted about earlier and how they've been twisted around. There are things that were said in passing over 2 months ago which are now being said as if they happened yesterday.

I really don't want to play this game. It just hurts people. I'm still more than willing to talk with Drew to work this out calmly and as adults.

Thanks for the answer, Dea. I'll leave it to you and Drew.:)

Okay, older, don't you have to have some sort of box to stream movies from Netflix or can you stream them to your computer?

That works in a pinch!
Streaming from netflix is my savior at times.

Stream direct to your computer. No extra charge!

There is a box you can buy to stream to your television as well!

Here's something that should put the whole "Beta testing" the xhalers to bed. As well as a few other of my supposedly "sneaky behaviour"

If I was going to purchase for testing only then return the xhaler, why did I buy two???? Not only that, I purchased two different kits. Why on earth would I spend that much money to test? Why did I turn to Drew for a refund? Why not just sell them myself? If I wanted something for free why did I buy two kits???

Why go through all this drama!!!!!!!???????????????????????????????????????

Oh, also, it's been mentioned that I have not posted in Drew's thread. I have been respecting him in that reguard. He can't post in this forum so I've been showing him the same level of respect and not posting in his thread.

-Seconded. This is a stupid debate, which probably should've been kept private, in retrospect...
It's not a debate. It was kept in private. The outcome of that private attempt to work things out resulted in Drew stating that he would not give a refund - a reversal of his terms and conditions. And this failure to honor his word resulted in this post warning others.

Dea, I could care less about beta testing, your hubby, allegations that "something is suspicious", 5 volts, dead horses, or any of these other factors. You bought the product with a return policy citing any reason with in 30 days. As a consumer you have a right to the refund if Drew's customer service is what his customers proclaim it to be.

Two points:

The NHaler terms and conditions state:
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased through NHaler.com for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our Customers, we cannot accept returns of cartridges. Therefore, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES any and all cartridges. At your option, you may receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, or a replacement item if available.

Drew stated that he will "will not be taking returns on the XHaler"

End of story.

So only positive reviews are allowed???

Who said that Scottes? This is a complaint against a supplier....it is not an ecig review. Therefore, it does not belong in the reviews section.

When someone comes on and says I love Nhaler, do we move it to the ecigs review board? No, not unless it's a review of a product.

Get it now?

I have actually mentioned to SJ about a separate reviews board just for supplier reviews (by members) so they wouldn't be scattered all over the forum....but it hasn't come to fruition yet. But again, the ecigs reviews board is for ecig reviews...not supplier complaints (or raves).
