Nhaler, extremely bad service

Not to seem lopsided but an issue was raised with another forum supplier the thing turned into a slugfest and flame war and locked and deleted.

This one is at least calm to a point, I am glad a supplier can voice their side without reverting it into a flame war and slander.

I do Customer service and it is lopsided to the point of no rebuttal on my end which is an adverse action.
You cannot please 100% of the people all the time.

But I have noticed the ones who go into threats, slander and demean customer service and services rendered the loudest are most often times 100% in the wrong.

So I watch and enjoy the Cuban Pineapple juice I got from Drew and stand behind Drew for bringing this to light.

Dea, I could care less about beta testing, your hubby, allegations that "something is suspicious", 5 volts, dead horses, or any of these other factors. You bought the product with a return policy citing any reason with in 30 days. As a consumer you have a right to the refund if Drew's customer service is what his customers proclaim it to be.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is thew point I've been trying to make all day long.

I have had enough so I'm gonna answer some questions.

Did Drew and I talk about me being a beta tester? Yes. It happened in a pm a very long time ago. I offered my services he declined that was it.

Am I scamming Drew? NO!!!! I ordered two xahlers to have for myself. One had a spring missing. I used the other and discovered I did not like them. I sent a message to Nhaler stateing I was going to send them back. The spring came for the broken unit. I packaged it itno the box with both the xhalers and returned them to Drew. They are currently sitting at his post office.

Did I test them?? NO again NO. The only other "test" thing that came up was when I was trying the xhaler 801 tip. It popped off extrememly easily and I realized a way I may be able to fix it. I sent Drew a message and asked if I could get an extra tip sent with the spring. I told him I would PAY for it. No response it got dropped.

Have I ever tried to get "free merchandise" Again NO! I pay my way or do without.

That's it! Besides my actual reasons for wanting to return them.

The point is the return policy is on Nhalers site. There was no need for me to ever say why I was returning them. There still isn't as I've done nothing wrong here.

Drew has replied to this post. He twisted facts and added a few. Here's the link if anyone would like to read it.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-service-hater-lovers-welcome.html#post820712

As for me, I've edited this post because I'm upset. Very upset. The truth will come out in the end.
The beta tester issue came up two months ago. He had people, it was dropped. It had nothing to do with the xhaler. Never did!

That's why I never said anything. Besides that I keep that part private for the people I work with. Their items are their own and I can't say who I've tested for or who I haven't.

If I test a product I don't review it for the general public.

Ya know, I get people are confused but the issue is still the issue. I can backup what I've said.

So do it! Let the whole story come out if you have nothing to be afraid of.

Drew has offered full disclosure of PMs, etc.

Or do you have something to hide?

I had something similar to this happen to me once....I busted a lady trying to steal my tip off the table she had been sat at....when i asked her if i could have my money she became extremely irate, made a scene and pulled the race card....sounds like something similar here...you go through life trying to get everything for free and sooner or later kharma comes back to bite you in the ....

In the last few weeks on the Janty forum there was a call for tester/guinea pigs/reviewers for a new product. Loads of people volunteered or nominated someone. There are numerous people who contact suppliers to "test" their new products and offer reviews for our viewing pleasure. There was an infamous case a while ago in which an individual became notorious as a freebie seeker despite putting in the work via making their videos and posting them all on youtube, this forum, and on supplier websites.

The point I'm trying to make is the request to be a tester is not an unusual nor incriminating act.

I understand why someone would be hesitent to have their PMs posted for public purview in light of all the allegations made against the individual. The written word can easily be misinterpreted by a reader as to what the author actually meant at the time. I have often lacked the words to aptly state my case and have been misinterpreted.

I also understand what it's like to have one's carefully built reputation and business integrity be questioned regarding issues of fairness when one has always had the best of intentions and follow thru. The situation is made worse when a client appears "hinky" and the spouse, as they are apt to do, jump into the fray. Hard work should not result in head-ache.

But, this appears to be an isolated incidence for supplier and buyer. There is no evidence of prior bad behavior using the same machinations against another supplier from this individual. There is no evidence of prior bad service from the supplier.

The resolution appears to need the wisdom of Soloman. ;)

I'm a little curious as to why someone would buy 2 (two) new model high ticket items to try out instead of 1 (one)? Surely 1 is all you need to find out if you like it or not. If item meets your expectations you order another one or else return it within a reasonable amount of time. Hubby didn't like his either? Must have money to burn... :D

First of all, the ecig reviews board is for just that, ecig reviews. It is not for complaints against suppliers.

So this has been moved to the suppliers forum so Drew can answer to this if he so chooses.

Hmmm, I thought the review section was also intended to include posts regarding good experience/bad experience with a particular supplier, as well as reviews of juices and hardware.

But I guess it's a fine line.

Recently someone posted a complaint about a particular supplier in another supplier's thread in the suppliers forum. I responded to him telling him to post his complaint in the review section rather in this unrelated supplier's thread. Should I have told him to start a separate thread in the general suppliers forum, instead?

Yes they LOOK similar but...one of 'em has a genius method of voltage control and the other one doesn't.

Got it?

That's what I'm wondering also. If you want to try something you don't buy multiples of it to try. This definitely sounds fishy. Especially since Drew has free shipping on orders over $100. If the OP really just wanted to try it why not throw in a little juice or some atties.
I have a 510 and was wanting to try out the 901 and 801. Did I go out and buy 2 kits of either of these? No, I simply ordered a couple adapters, atties and carts. If I end up liking either model more than my 510 then I will buy a kit or 2.
Also just wanted to add I've never dealt with Drew before, but I am going to try his lung juice. I won't be buying 2 30ml of the same juice, but the sampler pack to try them all.:D

Maybe I should re-phrase the question. Ive read the sales pitch. Is it a secret? What makes it so that you can adjust the voltage? Is it just unscrewing the cap? Can I adjust the voltage on a grant by turning the cap and playing with the screw? How do you know when do you have the desired voltage....do you have to meter it each time you turn the cap? I love the idea, I'm just curious how it works.
