Blue Battery Argh

Just got a second blue lux batt today-a friend bought both-and BOTH are freaking not working. I now have a red, black, and stainless lux-but the blue? a dud...........in both cases. I got one to work once by lifting the battery connector-but neither worked out of the box. Makes me sad-lol-got the second blue and stainless on the same day. fired the stainless-perfect. Screwed in the blue-led lit up.......

I swear. I have the most ridiculous luck. Of course-in both cases-I didn't order it so can't send them back. Anyway, just came to vent. Will stick with the three I got and consider myself blessed-because I am-but darn, I really wanted a complete set

Sorry to hear that about the trouble. The nice thing about posting it though is people considering MV will understand why we talk about Tony's amazing customer service. Good luck and happy new year.

Thanks Tony-will do Monday, would have emailed you but as I didn't buy them it didn't occur to me-and since the person who did is usually out of town, he forgets. I agree customer service here is steller-that's why my mom has a 902, and her roomie has a 902 and now every color of lux-lol-except blue....and why we order at least once a week between the three of us.......not sure if it's a bad batch-my rotten luck, or what on the blue. Having working blue batts is now my "holy grail" lmao-Tommy just ordered himself a blue cone and told me to send them back for him, because I'm better at remembering things. Typical guy. Hopefully Tony can tell us what the deal is and fix it. I hope. I want a complete set to match my 902's......

I also own the Stainless LUX bought my first e-cig from tony and 90% of my equipment purchases have been from him since. i agree on his great customer service. I bought the 902 select kit and my auto battery crapped out 2 days later. He told me to send it back. I never did though. Reason being i dont even use my 902 anymore, my wife does and with the amount of 0nic juice she vapes one manual battery is enough for her. I am exclusively using my PT and LUX and am very happy. I did however just buy a Big Battery Mod which will probably be in my mailbox monday.

To be honest with you if MV sold a Big Battery Mod I probably would have bought one from Tony. (Hint Hint)

My Dad turned me onto e-cigs and he has always been with Modern Vapor for almost a year now with his 902 and any issue he has ever had Tony or his crew have solved very quickly

Ha, nice hint. SOmehow hints always show up on his site in a few months so we'll wait and see. I'm good with the size of the LUX but I know a lot of people like the big mods. My uncle even makes his own. Good luck on making a year yourself.
