**BOOM!** Battery Failure

Bitey, Yikes! Thanks so much for jumping in. I did think these batteries were protected and just went to their site.
Here's the description for the batteries on the batteries themselves information page:
Full PCB protection against: Over-Discharge, Over-Charge, Short Circuit & Over-Current along with voltage regulation
But, they don't have the word Protected on them, so I just sent an e-mail to customer
service asking if they are protected and to send me item number on ones that are.
Yet, the bottom looks like they may be protected. So I'm confused and I certainly don't want to recommend unsafe batteries to anyone...sorry. I'll let you know what they say.
