Since we were on the subject of grounding, I borrowed some tips from @Steamer861 for you to enjoy.

I guess I should have added this footnote a few days ago. I thought about it, really! But I believe I should mention this for the time capsule. As the San AIO was released on 20 DEC 2023.

We're still waiting on the Pulse AIO v2 and the Aspire Raga. Hopefully they will be released soon.

Did you install up/down switch & ground wire to frame & then solder to dna60 board? I solder all to DNA board (Last step ATTY OUT) wire, DNA propped up in frame to solder. Flashing 2 dna boards tonight. ATTY out wire glued into red/purple frame.
I installed/sealed atty positive (with its wire) in frame, then battery positive assembly (with its wire) in frame, then up/down pcb (with its 3 wires and used double-sided tape to hold in position on frame), then 2x ground wires screwed in to frame.
Then I soldered all wires to DNA board. Last step I put the screen in position and connected to board.

I think one of the trickiest things is how long to cut the 2 x ground wires so you have enough room to work, but also can push the board into place and screw down with the inner plate. If the wires are too short, you can't manoeuvre, but if the wires are too long the board springs up and you can't close it properly.

    Vaping with Qbix now

I solder all to DNA 60, leaving hot wire to atty as last solder.View attachment 1005566
What type USB card is that, crss?

SMT posted both the wiring diagrams I used . The common ground on the up/down button wiring is one to keep in mind
Questions about switch connections to the chipset, do you need to use the - points on the chipset, or should - and + to fire switches?

Sorry Tor - a bit confused about that post. Looks like the usb card that @crss showed there might be an evolv unit but not sure. I have one but decided to use my floating usb dongle instead - basically a lazy soldering

Hehehe I wrote very chaotically. Have been corrected to crss.
It is not a standard Evolv USB since the port is at 90 degrees to the solder points for the wire.

chipset to switch, do you have to use + and - from pcb, or can it be done as we do on dicodes and take from - battery to switch then to chipset?
