hcigar vt40 is pretty solid mod with evolve dna40 chip. but it's not very cheap. (100$)
for cheap and solid mods you should check sigelei bmods 150w, 75W TC etc.

It doesn't have TL and it's a 26650 but the Encom TNT 80 is a friggin tank.

I've only had it for about a week but it's a nice mod and small for a 26650 device.

Only thing that is a little weird is it shuts off automatically if you walk away from it for a while.

The mod that feels the most solid/durable to me is the Sigelei 150TC. Built like a tank IMO.

Reos are built pretty solid as well, but I'm not sure they make regulated boxes anymore you'd have to ask.

Sigelei 100 or 150w- I've got the 100w and it's solid. Feels solid and heavy in your hand and seems durable enough, I'm super careful with my stuff though so... I knocked it over on a hard surface once and was afraid I'd broken it. Of course not, but that's just me for you.

The Sigelei 100W+ is also kind of a tank. I have two that have been good devices.
