Hey Bunnie congrats.
I also am a fairly new vaper. My last analog was on Friday on the way to the store to get some juice for my newly arrived package.

I did notice at key moments. Like after dinner I really wanted to smoke.
But I got some new juice in yesterday from aroma ejuice with WTA in it. that deffinetly helped.

So if you do find yourself reaching for the freezer. You might wanna check them out.

Plus, with all the dehydration talk and being a little skittish, I haven't moved without a jar of Ice Water in reach

Well I dunno I'd panic. Me, I'm easily dehydrated. Always have been. I can tell vaping dries me out a little but if it were something really drastic and alla the sudden, I would have turned into a big pile a dust by now. :)

Congrats on putting down the analogs! Very proud of you :) I have read on the WTA liquids a little, but haven't tried them. Do they taste any different?

Ha! No piles of dust from my friends, please. *refills your water glass* :toast:

last thursday i went into my one and only local ecig shop, as a 2 pack a day smoker, and a very obsessive one at that. i left with a ego vision kit, from the moment i left the store, i never touched an analog again, tomorrow is 1 week. After chain smoking since i was a teen, it felt so good i will never touch a analog again.

semi-small update - I'd make a new thread, but don't see the point in a new one each day to chronicle my journey.

I haven't been to the freezer yet, still gritting my teeth through it. It's not really that I am craving the cigarette now, it is more that I am getting impatient with the cartos. I mostly think that is due to lack of experience with them. I am about thisclose to be completely over the burning pillow stuffing taste. I do my best to keep them wet, but it still seems "off" in some way or another. If its not dry, its gurgling. I am bound and determined to make it work, and will be using them until the cows come home. And when the cows get here, we're going to vape them together.

I just ordered a few other options from Mt. Baker to help me out in my learning expedition, though. A drip tip/atty combo, and a 510 threaded 3.5 ml tank with the metal cartos that go in it? The two-hole cartos were out of stock, but I am blessed to have a machinist for a fiance, and have no doubt in my mind that we can get another hole on the opposite side fairly easy. I'm new to all this terminology, but am definitely excited about them. I chatted with James from Mt. Baker and he assured me that they would work with my Vea battery, and was very understanding and professional about me being a complete and total Newbie.
(I detest the term Noob, or Noobie. There is a difference in Newbs and Noobs.)

I also got some more sweet juices. The menthol juices kind of makes me want an analog for the menthol taste that I am used to. Not a balls-out craving, just longing for the familiarity? I am wanting to veer away from that feeling until the cravings wear off a little bit more, and while vaping JC Vanda I don't get that. So I picked some more sweet, dessert types to occupy my brain.

20/80 PG/VG 12 MGnic on all of these 15ml bottles. Their price on juice stomps JCs' into the ground.
Banana Cream Pie
Butter Cream
Marshmallow
Sweet Cream
Whipped Cream
Vanilla Butternut

I am really wanting a 510 to Ego adapter- but they are sold out right now. Its absolutely okay though, I don't see that being my end-all purchase.

Amazing! I've not found a local ecig shop within around 100 miles yet, but I am still looking. I am very proud of you for making it to a week, you are doing great!

EDIT : I just found a semi-local shop!!! Rocky Top Vapor! Woot woot! :D Still about a 45min drive, but so very worth it. I am very excited to go there and check everything out. I might go today, ha!

Even though the Vea instructions say to put @ 70 drops in on the initial fill I've found that to be too much. When I fill mine I'll put 10 drops in at the start-2 drops in the same spot. Then do a thermometer type shake holding the mouth end and shaking down toward the battery connection post. Then do five drops, shake, 5 drops, shake until I have 55 drops in. Don't forget to rotate the carto as you're filling. Let the carto sit for a few minutes and then it's good to go.
Sorry, I should of mentioned something like this earlier. With that method I get about 3-4 days use out of each carto. If I start to get the burnt/funny taste I'll put 15-20 drops in then set it down and switch to a different flavor.

I did end up going to Rocky Top Vapors. I completely believed that the experience was worth its own review, and done so in the Supplier Review forum. Needless to say, I left with a couple clearos, coils and cartos, as well as two tasty juices. (Birthday Cake and Banana Pudding.) I do wish that I would have thought to say 18mg nicotine, because I am halfway silly right now but can't stop vapin' the Cake. Going to the freezer is the absolute last thing on my mind though, so maybe a step up to 24mg was what I needed?

I know exactly what you mean on the instructions that came with the Vea, I have found 70 drops to be entirely too much as well. That is the method that I use to fill them too, but I don't think I've put that many in. That could very well be my problem, because I was probably doing 40 or so. At the first sign of a drop at the battery end coming out, I panicked and stopped. I don't know that I will be using them much more, with the new clearos I got today and the drip tip and atty that I have on the way. I can honestly say that I've not had one burnt tasting puff from the clearo yet.

Hey Bunnie !!!

Look at you go.........................:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Love the new Banner.
You are so dang lucky to have a vape shop anywhere near you...I'm jelous.

Think you will really like those Mt Baker juices...they are yummy- and inexpensive to boot.
Just remember that they are made fresh- may need to steep awhile for the flavor to mend into the base....
if they last that long ! :p

If you are staying busy and focusing on the vape experience....those things in the freezer will stay there- 'forgotten'.
(I see alot of 'cream' in your orders...looks great to me)

Be Well !

Forgot to say- I really like my dripping attys-
alot of people use them for dripping new flavors because with a few drops, they have a really clean- flavorful taste.
I use them all the time at home in the evenings. Tanks, cleros are nice if you need to have alot of juice, and cant drip...like driving. But when you are longing around and want the cleanest- full vapor...drip !

Hey You!!

I did tell ya that I was a bit obsessive, didn't I? I really am lucky to have found it, you should definitely hit up RTVs website and check them out- everything I tried was good and the customer service was spot-on. I do wish that you had a B&M store near you as well, it definitely solidified my growing hobby. :)

What all juices do you like from Mt Baker? Their price was a bargain compared to the starter kit I got from Johnson Creek. I'll definitely shelve them for a while after the initial tasting because I do want to taste them the way they 'should be'. Should a week do it, or does it take longer?

Hehe, the sweet/cream stuff makes the cravings go away faster than the menthol. It just kind of makes me want an analog, so I have stashed them mostly. I got to see the twinkle of pride in my Pappaws eyes today when I was telling him about what was going on, we met up on my way to RTV and his way home from work. That was more of a delicious feeling than any Camel ever was.

I am very excited for the atty/drip tip to get here from Mt Baker for that very reason. I find of the evening I don't want what has satiated me through the day because I have grown used to the taste. I am very glad that I got to watch/try dripping at RTV before they got here though, because I can see me completely fouling it up. If it can be done, I'm the prime candidate to do it, haha!

Great to hear from you again!
