OK i have only been vaping for about 22 days now, i do like it alot. It was so easy for me to put down my analogs. I have smoked for 7 years (not that long i think compared to most) but still 7 years to long. I have noticed in the morning no more smokers cough. Now onto some topics that possibly some vet ecig users can shed some light on for me....

First... Which is better for you... VG or PG as far as clearing up pressure on your chest and helping you breath better? Or will just time alone help?
I don't seem to be allergic to either VG or PG and enjoy both, I love ALOT of vapor

Also anyone on here practice any kind of breathing exercises to help improve lung compacity and to improve over all breathing? If so do you notice a big difference being an ex smoker and doing the exercises?

I love vaping and don't plan on stopping any time soon.

I smoked for 7 years as well before vaping. I breathe great now. I used to lie in bed listening to the odd crackleing sound my throat made before drifting off to sleep. Not anymore.

I vape a PG/VG mix and have found that the passage of time is what helps me breathe better. I have been off cigs for 3½ months now. Feel great. Haven't had any odd coughs in quite some time now.
