Clark, I wanted to give you a heads up on a secondary problem with liquid in glass bottles, failure of the bottom of the bottle caused by cavitation in the bottle due to a sudden acceleration.

Here is a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gy7PTl6UJfI

I drove a truck for a while and I have had glass bottles explode as shown in the video from hitting a pothole, laying them on their side fixed the problem for me in that situation.

Yup, I can see how that could happen. Sufficient bubble wrap should absorb enough shock that the acceleration due to bumps would not cause enough cavitation to break the glass. Also, e liquid has a higher viscosity than water, which I assume would also reduce cavitation.

It was a neat video, though.

BOOM!

I was about to recommend finding a Soldier/Marine to let you use his/her APO box. Unfortunately, I don't think I have any buddies stationed there right now, or I'd put a word in for you.

Lol, I may have to try the reselling trick once getting to Germany - there may be a market among the local dampfers (vapers).

BOOM!
Can you do that?
It will saves me some extra ml for sure :)

Thank you!!
Actually i have already ordered from them once, but it seems the package went to Honolulu from their FPO, so it's still gonna get through the customs beforehand

I'm not sure about shipping to Japan, only familiar with shipping to APO AE (Europe) addresses. They require a customs form, but shipping is very reasonable. From US to Germany, usually under $10 for a small flat rate box, and maybe $20 or so for a medium flat rate box. All mail to APO addresses is USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times can be difficult to determine, since it's largely based on how long it takes the military to get it delivered.

As I said, I don't personally know anyone stationed in Japan. Not a whole lot of us field artillery types stationed there.

Explains the BOOM! then, I was wondering if that was the case...subtle! :)

It's my favorite word, and sound, even though I'm not a cannoneer. Nah, I leave the round-humping and hole-digging for the knuckle-dragging cannoneers, and focus instead on computing firing data. It's an interesting job, and I still get to watch all the round-humping and hole digging, usually while drinking a coffee and eating a donut.

Unfortunately, thorough working knowledge of large-caliber weapons ballistics is not a skill that translates well into the civilian sector.

BOOM!

Years ago......there was some custom .50 ammo coming out of Ft. Benning.....designed primarily for the Barrett .50, IIRC....and some of it made it to the civilian "market"!!;)
Woodchucks at 1000 yards, anyone????!!

You are an amazing woman of many talents...not to mention a pretty nice one. Your offer to Claudia was very, very nice. Don't want to call you an angle cause I know you don't like it but....

Back on topic, a replacement bottle for the one Olga crushed under her meaty man-paws is en route, and should be arriving tomorrow. Color me excited.

BOOM!
Received the replacement bottle of CLS, along with a bottle of ACB, a couple days ago. Both were packed very well, safe and sound. Let em steep for a couple days, cracked them open yesterday. Already have gone through 1 tank of ACB and 2 tanks of CLS in the Lemo.

Before loading up any more, though, I'm gonna let both steep for another week; they're good, but not quite there yet. The ACB is a bit too much caramel for my tastes, kind of like GCD is just too strong on the cinnamon. Both are very good, just a little too strong for me - with the atties and builds I use. A little unflavored 6mg VG will probably get them right where I like it. Strawnilla and CLS are spot on, for me.

BOOM!
