My lips are sealed. I'll let you hear her side of the story.

Tib, you need to pay attention.:)

Did I hear carving knifes and cooking? Let's you and me cook a little something up BR.:p:laugh::laugh:

He only eats Cheetos and Oreos. No cooking necessary. But he makes killer mods. :vapor:

yep, but i was waiting for br to 'walk' into that, lol

Tib, setting innocent men up?

br 'ran' the other way.

Now that's better. Good boy.

My cartomizers won't burn. I've tried everything I can think of to make them burn and they just won't do it. What am I doing wrong?

Send'em to Salt. He'll burn anything.

Funny guy! To tell you guys the truth, I am on like my 3rd or 4th day with the same BOGE LR 510 carto! I don't know what's gotten in to me...

Send'em to Salt. He'll burn anything.

Kitties love birdies.

So,
When did this thread get off topic again? :pop:

when i found br in here all by his lonesame self, lol

seriously, though, i gave up hope for this thread when i realized there is very little use atm to test and report results since it's not likely that anybody who wants to try the reported-on cartos will get the same outcome. that is pitiful but unless there is change for the better with consistency that's the way it is.

Thats what we're here for. To expose the inconsistent cartos. I aint laying down the hammer.
Anybody messing up with consistency will pay for it. The money coming out of my pocket has priority over everything else.

Boge LR cartos.
They vape great and last. The only problem I had with them was that they give me sore throat. I have tried it from two different suppliers with the same result. I think its overstuffed and dosen't get enough oxygen to vape the juice efficiently.
I tore one apart after a day of use and found black flakes all around the wick and the the filler around it.
Salt,
Could you examine yours after your done with it and see what you find?

Planning on it. The draw is a little stiffer than a fresh one now. I have been overfilling, then blowing out the excess through the other end (threads), to keep the juice tasting good. No burn flavor yet!

I am filling up my cartos with a syringe now. I wiggle the needle to the very end of the carto, then fill with 1ml while lifting the needle up and out. Then I usually top with another 5+ drops.

I measured 1ml, by drops, and I counted 35. Maybe this is why I had so many burning issues before. Even with the taryn spin, I could only get about 30 drops into a carto, sometimes less. Now, with a syringe, Im getting much closer to 40 or MORE! I then vape, and top off as usual. I have also been using 2 at a time. If I hit 2 cartos (on 2 batteries), I get double the hit, in half the time. This also means that my cartomizers work half as hard, so maybe that's helping me get some longevity out of them. I don't always pull the Double Dragon :)laugh:), so it's not like I could really measure and report accurately. I just thought it was worth noting ;)

Anyway, at this rate, I'm leaps and bounds from where I was... 2, 3... sometimes 4 or more cartos a day! Now if I'm getting 2 or 3 days out of a carto, I'm a happy man!

But I'm not going anywhere. It's a start, but it's still the same old cartos. So enjoy a hiatus if you must, Tib. You know where to find me... :smokie::toast:

I usually just inject down 1 side of the carto. I have been using blunt tip needles, and they don't slide all the way down as easily as the sharp ones. So it's mostly just for convenience...

The way i figure it though, is the juice should have an easier time moving horizontally, than vertically. That seems to be the case anyhow. Usually though, the top of the carto is still dry, and that's why I then add approx. 5 or more drops to top off.

And no, I'm not getting any flooding. Not drinking juice. They work just as you'd expect. And now, better than I've come to.

since hope springs eternal, i keep checking in......

not for nothing, but i should be so easy to please. 30ml of juice lasts me a whole month! so, how hard can i be on a carto?

Back when I was using this cartomizer, I filled it with a sharp needle. I stuck it about half way down into the filler and left it there for the complete filling. This forced the juice down and up at at about the same rate. I then watched the filler while squeezing and could easily see a change in color when the filler became completely saturated. I stopped at that point. Any more and it would be completely wet, which is over saturated enough for juice to get into the air intake.
