Ok, kids. First impressions.

This is good. Just got my package from TW. I blew out a pint of primer through the battery end of the atty. Filled the tankomizer with my Truepure without taking the cap off (thank you, Scottbee, darling, great idea!)--just pierced my empty tank by inserting it into the atomizer, took the pierced tank out, filled it up by simply dripping from the bottle, reinstalled, took a couple of dummy puffs without power and finally pressed the button and inhaled. Nice, clean, rich, moist, warm vape.

The whole operation took no longer than 3 minutes--from the mailbox to the the first puff.

And the devil's chin aligns precisely on the button. Life is good.

Full report later. :)

I used Bloogs on my eGo too, especially those lower resistance ones, when I was testing them. I prefer the Boges. They taste cleaner, just like my atties or better, and I'm not getting any burnt taste at all, as long as they are kept wet, which, unfortunately, was not the case with the Bloog cartos.

As of today, my favorite cartos for the eGo/Tornado batteries are Boge 2.0Ω (Liberty Flights, LiteCig) and 2.5Ω Platinum Premium 510 cartos from IkenVape (I'm sure they are made by Bogetech, even though they are not listed as Boge). And they are threaded for 510, no adapter needed. I like them better than my eGo mega atty, better than genuine Joyetech cartos, better than Joye 510 atties. And they don't run very hot, which is a surprise, considering that they all measure 2.0-2.1Ω.

Have you tried them?

 Thanks my dear!

They are my FAV too! Im just trying to source a good 510 auto battery for them, because sometimes, I just dont want to push a button. Until then, these SS batteries (Again, my gratitude), and the BOGE 4081 2.0's are a sweet spot and a half for me! no complaints!

...
And the devil's chin aligns precisely on the button. Life is good.

What more could you ask for?

 Thanks my dear!

You're very welcome. I just don't know what took me so long. I really worried that they would burn. I had no luck whatsoever with other LR cartos; even the 2.5Ω Bauways popped and sizzled and crackled and fried like crazy. Those Boges from LF are wonderful. They are powerful but not hot. Just strong and clean and they seem to go on and on. The taste goes south, but the performance is still good. And they are the cleanest tasting cartos, period.

Im just trying to source a good 510 auto battery for them, because sometimes, I just dont want to push a button.

What more could you ask for?

Hmmm....:)

I think I am going to have to get one of these next, and probably going to try out the Boges, does anyone know if they are available in kr808?

Yes they are. And Liberty Flights carries all of them: Boge 510 (2.0 and 3.0Ω) and kr808 Boge. And they are getting the tankomizers today (the eGo -T atomizers and clear, fillerless tanks, 510 connection). One stop. You're in luck.

LiteCig carries all the Boge cartos mentioned above, but no tankomizers yet, AFAIK.

IkenVape carries 2.5Ω Boge (Premuim Platinum), if you like a bit cooler vape. They are all good.

Hi Neo! Long time.

Yes, these. I got mine from TW, but now they are popping up everywher; Cignot, WordupEcig (free shipping), Liberty Flights (best prices, so far).

I really like mine. I'm on my fourth refill (same tank, same atty, different eliquids) and this thing just works. Refill and vape. No leaks, no burning taste, no dry hits, no off-taste, no problems. I'm afraid to jinx it, but I'm impressed. I know that other people are having problems, I don't. It took me about an hour to figure out how to make it work really well and I never looked back. Of course, what matters most is consistency. I got a good atomizer, others didn't. But I think this can be very successful. And the price is not so bad--it's comparable to the price of the eGo mega atties. In Europe it's twice the price. Can't figure out why.

This is a 510 connection, though.

Just found the eGo-T attys and tanks at Good Prophets too.

Good Prophets > Joye eGo-T atomizers

Good Prophets > Joye eGo-T tank cartriges

Back on topic ... I received my shipment from Ikenvape today, so I'll finally have a chance to try our their 510 Platinum and 510 Platinum V2. First impression, the 510 Platinum is a Boge carto but the 510 Platinum V2 is a design I haven't seen before. The V2 appears to have a horizontal coil of some kind. I can't see the little black wire running into the wicking tube like on a Boge. They might be SLBs. I haven't had a chance to try those yet, but I hear they have a horizontal coil design.

I might be wrong, but I've heard that currently Ovale has a deal for exclusive distribution rights in Europe. Not sure how long it will last. And it's all hearsay.

Who knows. Totally Wicked sells them for £10.99, so Ovale can't have exclusive rights, can they? Besides, the high European prices I quoted were from a couple of months ago, when they were first released. I think that the Italian Ovale/Joyetech just got the rights to realese them earlier than everybody else (and charge whatever they wanted) because it was their invention. Now the prices should level off, everywhere.

So how is yours? Come on, I'm dying to know what you think.

Nice review. That's how I feel after two days.

Just don't overdo the cleaning; I've read a lot of posts advising against it, especially against dry burning. The atty is hidden and you don't want to inflict any damage, mind you. The experts recommend a 1/2 hour soak in vodka or PGA and a quick rinse through with boiling water. Then let it dry overnight and do a quick dry burn only if absolutely necessary. The manufacturer recommends just hot water. I'm on day three and I haven't cleaned mine yet; it's working just fine.

EGO T is a pretty nice system.

The only thing I dont like about it, is it doesnt have the 'wide-open draw', or the HEAT, that the BOGE 2Ω cartos possess.

Does anyone know... is this the Tesla Filter that Mik from Janty was working on for so long?

Not Tesla. Tesla is going to be launched in May, per Mik.

Janty will have the tankomizers in mid-February, the Tesla filter in May, and then something new and big in the fall, per Ludo. Hopefully they mean this year.

I've been waiting for the Tesla since the day I joined the ECF, which was almost one year ago.

Salt, the draw is tighter on the Rivas, per Scottbee. Here's his advice.

I also found that I needed to adjust my technique a bit. I get much nicer and fuller vape when I take slower, longer puffs than I would on my Boge 2.0Ω cartos or when dripping.

As for the heat, I like it the way it is, but I do favor cooler vape. My juices taste really good in a tankomizer.

I've heard rumours about a LR version, as well as a mega, 2.0 ml version, possibly, in the future. It's all good. I think the industry is moving in the right direction. I'm optimistic.

Well, phooey. I thought they were making some for 808's. I'd try it but I've never been a 510 person so at this point, I have too much $$$ invested in other models to switch now. Even if it's good. Well, I suppose I could go the adapter route. Hmmm. What am I talking myself into?

I think they might work just fine on kr808 batteries, with an adapter, but they sure look funny--like giant mushrooms. The eGo-T atomizers are big, the diameter of the eGo batteries... I just don't know if it's advisable. Maybe somebody would chime in and help me out here. Is it a good idea? I don't know what it would do to the air flow and such.

But if you really want to give them a try, just get an atty and a pack of empty tanks. You can have a lot of fun for under $20. :) Or you can also, for another 20 bucks, get an eGo battery and a charger, you don't need a kit. But that, of course, is an investment.

Liberty Flights and Good Prophets have the best prices, ATM.

I gave it a shot with a Bloog KR8 and a Good Prophets adapter - it worked just fine. Draw is a slightly looser, but not by much.

And yes, it looks funny, not going to be rocking an eGo-T atty on a KR8 any time soon.
