I received a wood mod from an overseas supplier. Beautiful looking mod, however it was shipped in an envelope/bag, not a box. The cover cap of the side button was off. I sort of snapped it back on, but the mod does not work.
I contacted the supplier and was given an option of shipping it back to be fixed. However the supplier also stated he was taking a vacation. Not sure I want my money tied up with something that does not work.
Is there anything I can do, or is there someone in the US who could fix this for me? I am a bit leary of shipping it back. I would rather just have my money refunded.
