Avejuice.com will not replace any ordered atomizer that arrives
Doa to you from alien juices. And bobas bounty juice i ordered is
Not as "Great" as others have stated. Seems alien juices are more
into show with fancy bottles and website than customer service.
Its all about perception i guess.

I also want to mention gotvapes.com here as well. My first 2 orders
From them did not go so well. Backordered item still waiting on...3 weeks
Later. Retuned a Variable voltage 650mah ego battery recently due to
The head coming loose, no replies to my emails checking on the status
of this return.

In short, start small with these eciig websites...their products are from
China! and read the return policy before ordering. I have learned this
trust me. If they are not willing to back up the products they are peddling
To you then why would you buy them?

Not so sure about Avejuice, but I've had nothing but great service from gotvapes. Beyond that, taste is a widely varied thing. You may or may not like a certain juice. That's far from the seller's fault. Also, many of the products available for eCigs are from China. Just something you're going to have to deal with unless you want to get yourself a good ol' American made mod or something.

I dare say you seem to have a lot of issues with various suppliers. Perhaps it's just a fluke. Hope things get better for you.

I've never dealt with AVE, but I have tried Boba's (along with TriBeCa, Hype and Gorilla Juice) and found them all to be quite good, though Hype was a bit too sweet for me. However I'd utterly destroy my cartos trying to vape those, I'd need to drip or get a bottom feeder to get a proper vape out of those. But as was said, taste is completely subjective.

I have, however, dealt with GotVapes and have had nothing but positive things to say about them. If you do have an issue post in their vendor forum here, I'm sure Badkolo can help you out.

Maybe I'm special but I have always had exemplary service from the vendors I have used. I mean really exemplary. They understand they are in a business where almost everyone is carrying variants of the same old stuff and the best place they can distinguish themselves is superior service.

As for taste of juices ... well, some are okay but most I do not like. That's not their fault though. My solution is to make my own.

OK, well...if you treated them with the same distasteful attitude this post shows...it's really no wonder you aren't satisfied.
Look dude, we're just trying to help, and you seem to want to come off with an attitude. Methinks you aren't going to be satisfied with anything. Best of luck to you...I'm out of this. I don't have any reason to stick around and try to help people with negative attitudes. Maybe someone else will allow you to treat them distastefully, but it sure as heck won't be me.

I order from avejuice and gotvapes on a weekly basis, and have had 0 issues with either company. If you aren't getting any responses from your emails, post in their respective distributor forums here on ECF. I would be very surprised if your issues are not handled very quickly.

I do know that gotvapes did have a databse issue and lost some of their emails recently... not defending them but this might be a factor in your situation.

I have not used either one of those vendors, but they have a following around here. Maybe the juice needs to sit for a bit? I know a lot of great juice vendors will state that the juice needs to steep for a week or so. I think they both have subforums, when you get your 5 posts and an hour under your belt you can head to each of those sub forums and maybe get your issues resolved. Good Luck

I imagine that most the dealers that went to Vegas returned and are knee deep in orders, and working their butts off trying to get caught up. New orders work faster than reworks, then there's the problem orders. They can only work one pile at a time. I've got an item I intend to send back to GotVapes. . .won't even start it for another week. They probably won't even see it until the dust settles some. I learnt long ago, reorder when I still have a couple months supply on hand. The NEW stuff, I'll get it whenever I get it. When I think I've fallen through the cracks, I go to the vendor forum. They usually come across me sooner than later. I DIY my Nicquid, and only order when 2 furs are on. JMHO

Yes, it's posts like the one he made to you that make me completely disregard the initial complaint. Why is it that people don't understand that "you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar". Silly thing my mother always used to say to me, but silly or not it's still true.

I have used GotVapes a few times and have nothing bad to say at all. I agree with all the others, post in their forum and see if things can get worked out.

when you post in their forums be nice. as someone else said, you get more flies with honey than vinegar. I would write assuming that it is just a simple mistake, not that they are out to get you. things (orders and people) do fall between the cracks sometimes. I assume you followed gotvapes procedure (whatever it is) for returning an item? one should always read the vendors return policies before buying, not after :) regarding liquids I don't think any of the vendors will take it back. I don't want to buy liquid someone returned, do you? the vendors can't predict what your taste buds might do! I'm curious how long you have been vaping?

No company is perfect .. the World is an imperfect place .. sometimes the phase of the moon and the tide level conspire against us ..

That said, any company worth being in business should place customer satisfaction as Rule #1 .. and the first thing is always communication .. no matter how busy you are, no matter how trivial complaint .. when a customer gives up their coin, they have the right to expect your best ..
