On the tank portion of the BVCs heads by Aspire
there are 4 little intake HOLES used by the coils to take in e-juice

If you'll take just a very small (I use transparent) piece of Scotch Tape
And place it over any single one of those little intake HOLES
you'll find all gurgling -------> gone.

Make sure you just cover one of those small holes
if you want the best flavor and milk white clouds of any clearomizer on the market.
You'll find this can help make you very happy

Yea I'm a little astounded that they went back to 4 holes... The original BDC heads had 4 holes and the same flooding issue so they switched to 2 holes. Now the BVC has 4. That said I know these BVCs like to sit and prime longer so they don't get a burnt dry it and that may be why.

I should say though I've got 3 days on one and no gurgling for me yet. But this flavor is an 80% VG so that may be why.

If you crank up the watts/volts there is no problem with the gurgles either...I run 'em at 4.1 on my spinner and no gurgles at all..Even on my mech they hit great with nary a whimper--just happy "pops" and great vape.

I tried setting my MVP at both 5 volts and 11 watts. The whole pack still leaked and gurgled.
