No I only order V4 XL's and V3 Reg's but got 1 V3 and 2 V4 reg's TOTALLY not complaining there as the v4s are nice.
Shipping is a flat $6 regardless of what you order (at least that what it appears) plus 10% off guess you can't go too wrong here..
BTW there Caramel is to die for.

Ok, I'm not saying that what i have are V3's or V4's. However I experience NO difference between these and the original V3's i got, and w/o cutting them away, just how can i be sure? The look the same, and the MFG sticker on the carton is the same?

So my question gatherman is how do you know? what distinguishes them?

the R4 has no primer, has a new inner plug with little slits in them, they are dent free on the connectors and can be adjusted to work on any mod and the ohms have been rasied.
There is a black sleeve that now surrounds the stem, stem of the cup and the bottom portion of the cup. some have the new afl included in the cartomizer but that has changed, the afl filler will be included in the package so you can add it yourself if you want.

to tell if you have a R4, stick a toothpick into the e2 by the outside of the cup, go down along the wall of the outside of the cup and you should hit the new seal, if you feel a plastic type seal then you have the r4, if not then its not a r4.

hey , yes thats not the r4, . i wouldnt be as upset with your vendor, they where most likely told they are 100% r4 like others where told and its not true. the r4 has no glue and the new sleeve doesnt stop under the cup like in that pic whcih also has silicone where the wires meet the cup, the R4 sleeve covers the wires and goes up to the slits covering the whole bottom of the cup and the wires have no silicone since the new sleeve seels them instead.

they sent out bad ones and this is the result, some have the real ones and many dont. I suspect as they get more this week you will start to see more real r4's . they shouldnt have filler in them either, the afl should be separate in the r4 box for you to choose to use it or not.

I went to vaping.com and did NOT find CE2-4 listed anywhere. They do list CE2, but that's it. No mention of what revision you're getting.

Take a look at the subject on the thread. It's advertising the CE2-4s. So one would assume if ordering them, that's exactly what they'd be.

I think that who ever supplied these to vaping.com misled them, or maybe even the suppliers were misled in their purchase from the manufacturer.

I guess I only have one thing to say about the whole thing...we buy from us suppliers and they should stand behind their products. I don't care if they didn't know, they do now! If you go to Walmart and get something packaged wrong, do you care if its the manufacturers issue...NO. you want what you paid for! Right? And no, not COV they came from vaping.com. funny that the first order I got were regulars and not r 4's (I ordered XL) so they sent these later as replacements. I was told there was nothing more she could do for me. But its all ok, plenty of good vendors who'll be happy to take my 2-3 hundred dollars a month and treat their customers with respect.
Done now...sorry to vent!

From what I know of advertising, the fact that they don`t openly advertise on their site that the CE2s you put into your electronic shopping cart are rev. 4s, leaves them out of any retort when you get rev. 3 or 2s instead. Nowhere in the title of the item nor the description include the wording CE2-4 or Revision 4. So, they are openly selling CE2s, whatever revision number they may have.

You wouldn`t go online and buy a 1986 Porsche 928 for $20,000, only to find you get a 1-24th scale snap together model. Why would you buy something advertised as CE2 if you know there are 4 versions.

vaping.com needs to edit their website, if in fact they are selling the correct rev. 4 cartomizers, that`s all I`m saying.

I understand entirely and when I posted before I was a bit short on time.

When I saw the intitial post I immediately went to the site and because they didn't specify which revision the cartos were, I didn't buy. I felt that they should have made it very clear, and being professionals in this business, they should have also listed the ohms. They should know what they're ordering/selling.

Yeah I meant nothing against the vendor, I'm sure they're a fine business. Just saying it puts them into a gray area of advertising. As you suggested, Librarising, the vendor should list exactly what the customer should expect. I, too, refrain from buying something that I'm not sure of what I'll get.
