California: bill to define e-cigs a drug (= sales prohibition?)

i find this a little ridiculous in the light they are voting on whether to legalize .......... a little backwards don't you think?

The MJ legalization thing is an initiative where enough petition signatures puts a proposed measure or Amendment on the ballot, no legislature needed. While some assembly/senate member almost every year offers up a "legalization" bill, they almost always die quickly and quietly. This one is civilian-driven, not government-driven.

And, oh yeah, human cloning is a BIG ISSUE. :rolleyes: Nice to see the amending, however - still gotta keep an eye on it. These things can change at the very last second...

I'm getting updates on the bill status so I'll keep everyone posted unless someone beat me to it first.

I fully support not selling to minors but other than that I'm not supporting.
