i find this a little ridiculous in the light they are voting on whether to legalize .......... a little backwards don't you think?

The MJ legalization thing is an initiative where enough petition signatures puts a proposed measure or Amendment on the ballot, no legislature needed. While some assembly/senate member almost every year offers up a "legalization" bill, they almost always die quickly and quietly. This one is civilian-driven, not government-driven.

And, oh yeah, human cloning is a BIG ISSUE. Nice to see the amending, however - still gotta keep an eye on it. These things can change at the very last second...

I fully support not selling to minors but other than that I'm not supporting.
