A few problems here, if you were to look at the second link posted by Retird or my second sentence. You would see that hana modz has an approved trademark still pending finalization, w/e that means, that's the work of a lawyer which I am not. Second H.I. will need to show harm or proof of intended harm. Seeing as they don't sell like products or even close, Good luck with that :p.

Can they sue yea sure but on what grounds ? for what damages ? HI have lost nothing so they have nothing to gain. Hate on Hana all you want. I can list a few reason myself. Let not go overboard here.

There is no hate, and it makes you look bad trying to create hate from simple observations of facts.
I never said I hate Hanna.
I couldn't care less. Just seems funny to me as they barely own the name.
If you think trademark approval gives you total ownership you need to learn a bit about trademark law.

Btw, HI only needs to show that they COULD be a reasonable misunderstanding.
They don't have to wait until it happens.
When I first saw Hana mods I actually googled to see if the companies were connected.

Again good luck proving it couldn't possible happen.
I dont see the trademark standing up in court if HI
Decided to push the issue.

Mine sometimes take a click or two to turn it on.... and last night it turned on ( woke itself up ) while I was asleep.... the screen was facing the bed... and it was so bright it woke my wife up... So today I locked it by doing the five clicks... didnt wake it self up during almost four hours of being watched while at work. but all in all, I am happy with it. If the chip starts to behave to erratically, I will pull it out and get a evolve chip for it and put it in the box. ( debating doing that anyways )

Anyone know how many version of DNA30 clones are there? I mean different manufacturer of their clones? Cloupor and who else? Anyone heard of limwell? Thanks

In what format? Are we talking the chipset or completed mod?

In Hana form I believe there are two, obviously Cloupor, and I believe the Genome, hcigar et al are based on the same board and potentially the same manufacturer or assembler. In function they are pretty much the same, save for the latter displaying regulation up to 32w.

I see. The reason I asked is ive been hearing people talked about this clone is better than that clone. As far as I know the manufacturer is the same. Just wanted to know if they are indeed different in quality. Plus Cloupor do not seem to manufacture with hana logo. Hcigar does.

At lest 2 clones made maybe more, the cloupor clone this is the one people seem to like the best. Reports of coming out of sleep iiusse and that it screen randomly turns on for some reason. I did see 1 report of the screen in melt down, with pictures. this guy was also down south somewhere and had left his mod in a hot car. The best way to tell far as i know is no seam under the 510 like the hotcig has. Also when you open it the right half is covered with a colored plastic and sticker top and bottom.

Then the hotcig/tobeco clone, people do seem to like this as well but have reported more problems fires @32 watts no power lock, no blinking below 4V. this does have a seam running under the 510 so its easy to tell which is which. the back when open is like the Hana Modz just open no covers or stickers.

There is a mini made by hotcig that has a 1200 mah bag battery as well. hear some good reports but not a lot about this Clone

There are indeed Cloupors which have the Hana logo. They are exactly the same as those without.

I have no idea who makes the logo version available on Fast Tech.

As interested as I am in a mini, I wouldn't dream of buying one until I could get confirmation on what battery they're using inside. I don't trust that CHinese manufacturers will put one in with a high enough C rating.

Has anyone here succeeded in using magnets for the rear battery door instead of the screws? If so, how did you do it? A tutorial/pictorial would be nice.

I would like to know this also and where one could get a magnet to screw into the screw hole and a magnetic plug for the screw hole through the back panel. That would be about the only way I can see it being done easily. Easily is also some what of a guess since I don't know if magnets can be machined to fit treads or make a plug etc.

I received my dna30 clone the other day, works perfectly fine on single coil builds on my nimbus and tobh. However, every time I try to do a dual coil build i get the "check atomizer" error, even though it hits perfectly fine on my other mech mods. I then found out when I loosen the post screws on my atomizer it works on my dna30. Anyone else encountered this problem? I've heard of people having issues with the 510 connection being flush or recessed in their atomizer, but this doesn't seem to be the case on mine.

PVD Fogger v4 wont work on my cana 30.

The real hana minis use dual 600mAh Lipos as they are saving money on cheaper lipos and connectors which can be lower rated.

Vaporshark DNA 30 uses a single 1200mAh Lipo handles 30W 10A no issues.

With the FT mini cana 30s rip out the unknown lipos as has been said there rated at 600mAh per lipo in parallel i doubt there any good. Replace as VS did with a Turnigy lipo cell which from my experience are pretty damn reliable.

Just a side note for everyone. Do not put the clone onto an Omnitester. It will most likely fry. Plugged mine in today when I got to work to test the Omnitester out and it immediately started smoking. Melted the screen out of the mod and melted all of the components on the PCB. May be a freak accident, but I wouldn't risk it. Luckily I have an authentic DNA 30 at home that I can swap out.
