looks nice...mine is just the sleeve, no hanger or hanger loop, which I didn't want. I have never liked anything hanging loose on my belt or around my neck.

Me either but I got a laynard (sp) with it too, and that's where it will be during VapeBash, so I don't lose or break it. Or my husband feels like he has to babysit it all day, so I don't do the above. 
It's not the vendors, it's the USPS international shipping rates. They're outrageous. I run an e-commerce site, we don't markup international orders AT ALL and it's still insane.
