Can my husband have an account if we share the same computer?

I once accidently made a new account for myself and was given an infraction for it. I even used a different email. I didn't realize that you could have your username changed.

Anyway, can my husband have his own account? I don't want to get an infraction if he signs up. We use the same computer, so I don't know how ECF can tell us apart? We'll have the same IP, won't we?

Any help would be appreciated. TIA!
