Can someone identify the brand of this battery?

I bought this at a local b&m a while ago when I bought my Provari. I was having trouble using my vtc5s in my 4nine with a kayfun, so I remember I had this button top and it seems to work great, I'm just unsure what brand this is and if its safe.
