I have random thoughts on this topic, I'll just unload them as they come...

I think WC has the best/easiest website. Not great, but easier than the other 2. I just told you I was > 18!!!!

I hate those little hard plastic bottles from Aroma. There must be a reason they use them but I can't squeeze them.
I don't really care about glass bottles and droppers either, I still have to get it out of there and into something I can use it from. My 100 mg comes in plastic, so....?

Congrats!
You have any influence with the post office? Mail person is late!!

Hah, I WISH!!! I know just how you feel... back in the summer I was expecting something from Fenton, MO... and it got sent to W VA! When I emailed the vendor, he goes "is that close to GA?"

Seems a course of remedial geography is necessary, nowadays...

I hear you there on the remedial geography lesson. That and remedial English, maybe?
Anyhow, my package has arrived!!! Just in time. I came with my 24 gauge Kanthal wire, so I could roll a coil for my Dark Horse rda. .7 ohms, and that will take some getting used to, Talk about a nicotine buzz!

Woo Hoo!!!! Well, it came today, and I started putting drops in everything!
Dinner came and got the craving for an analog, and put drops in my Dark Horse rda @ .7ohms. Not sure if it was that or the fog from the Dark Horse but I stopped thinking about cigarettes!!! LoL, Worked for after dinner craving too.
As a matter of fact, after walking by my pack of cigarettes for most of the day, I took them and what was left of my carton and put them in the garage.(garage is not attached and its 15 degrees outside) Needless to say. Self motivating!
Next test first thing in the morning!

Day 2!!!
That analog gnawing feeling in the back of my head is still amost gone.
Still walking past an open pack of cigarrettes with no urge to pick it up!
Wondering if it is the WTA juice or
Yeah, I was dual use off and on until I got my istick. I had been using Erolls and Egos. It was night and day. I just forgot about analogs. Power definitely has something to do with it. I really like the Egrip I just got though. All in One & Done.

Yea, I hear you there. Took 30+ years to get here, not gonna end overnight.

That's why when I first did it, I was just, well let's see if this works... no pressure... just kept finding more and more reasons to vape instead of smoke. The last week I smoked, I went from about 3 a day to 1 a day for the last 3 days... and every one, that last week, tasted just horrible -- bitter, burnt my lips but seemed to have zero throat hit compared to the vape -- and I was just using an eRoll then! I'd put it out less than half done, it was so awful, and go back in and vape to get that awful taste out of my mouth. :D Finally I just asked myself, why am I doing this, still trying to smoke these godawful things? They suck! I didn't have any real cravings that time around, which is why I think the massive cravings in the summer had more to do with the appendicitis/appendectomy than anything to do with cigarette withdrawal -- because when I added the WTA, they went completely away, just as if I'd smoked.

Nowadays the WTA is letting me vape less and less, which my asthma loves -- I think I *might* be vaping a whole 2ml a day. :D

Hurray for WTA!!!

Count the ones you DIDN'T smoke NOT the ones you have. Your doing GREAT keep up the good work. You will do it in your own time. So don't beat yourself up.

So yesterday, I got my Mother's Milk WTA. All said, I got six bottles. They sent more than I expected. They are:

  • Unflavored: 24 mg.
  • Another 24 mg with no flavor listed on the label (I think this is a basic tobacco?)
  • Bold: 12 mg.
  • Special Tobacco: 12 mg.
  • Blueberry Tobacco WTA: 6 mg.
  • Strawburst: 12 mg.

I don't usually go for fruit flavors at all, but they were free. I'm interested to see how they are now that I can actually taste sweetness in vapor. Before this attempt to become a vaper, I've never been able to, so candy and fruit flavors ended up tasting like aftertaste more than what they were supposed to be.

At first I was skeptical about the flavors below 24 mg. With the Aroma stuff, I have been vaping *some* 12 mg, but I've found myself using more 18 mg than 12 when 24 became too much. So rather than my initial pattern of 24-18-12-24 throughout a day, it's become 24-18-24. I was finding myself getting cravings after a long time with just 12 mg. It's a bit of a shame, because I already diluted one of my favorite tobaccos down to 12.

When It arrived, I was in the mood for a good tobacco, and despite it being 12 mg, the Special Tobacco was calling out to me. I emptied my other 12 mg (favorite) tobacco from its Nautilus tank, and refilled it with the Special Tobacco.

The flavor is mild, and pretty nice. It's not the rich nutty flavor of my favorite tobacco (a 555 clone), but it's got something to it. It's certainly something I can vape long term. Within a few minutes of vaping it, I noticed myself feeling the same way I did when I first tried Aroma's WTA; but the difference is that I had been using WTA since then. When I first tried Aroma's juice, it had been more than a day since I had had a cigarette, so I assume I had no WTA in my system.

I spent the rest of the night happily vaping the 12 mg. I considered adding menthol to it, but I decided to let it speak for itself. I had a nice night. I felt alert and energetic. I actually had trouble getting to sleep, but I don't know if that was the WTA/nicotine or all the things on my mind.

Even at 12 mg, I overdid it. I woke up feeling pretty hung over again, but a bit of vaping cured it, as with the last time.

I'm going to have to go through the same learning process with Mother's Milk as I did with Aroma. It's definitely different; it seems much more potent on the WTA front, like perhaps the percentage of other alkaloids to nicotine is higher in Mother's Milk. I can say right now that for someone who is looking for the WTA to add to other nicotine juices, it seems like you're going to be able to make Mother's Milk go further than a like amount of Aroma. You'll probably find that you need less, at least I think so at this point.

I haven't tried the other flavors, I think I'm going to finish the bottle of Special Tobacco, then maybe try the Bold. I'm probably going to have to vape less, or alternate it with some of my Aroma-infused juices until I get my levels right. I'll be ordering some 555 when I can, and plan to add the Unflavored to that. Hopefully by then I'll know my limits more thoroughly.
Don't take anything I've said here about overdoing it the wrong way- that's on me. I'm thrilled with the Mother's Milk. I noticed 0 cravings and even put my device down for about an hour last night. I'm just trying to warn you that it's potent.

That's a very good thing in my book. I'm going to get through what I have, and then I'll order some WholeCig juice and see how that works. I'll let you know how each flavor goes, if there's something interesting to say about them.

When I'm done I'll write up a comparison of all three, from my perspective.

Yeah well, I'm gonna fess up! I totally caved yesterday and smoked. I just got straight up stressed to the moon and back and back again and smoked. So ...... off at myself!!

Last November, after being smoke free for five months thanks to WTA, an event happened that made me more angry than I have been in years. I marched right out and bought a pack of smokes. Smoked the whole pack in about six hours. Finally calmed down, and returned to vaping with no problem.

I can laugh about it now, and know that if this happens again in the future, I'm not gonna worry or stress about it. Better than strangling someone, which is what I wanted to do at the time.

Don't be mad at yourself. Shrug it off.

I agree with the others, Roto -- be happy about all the ones you HAVEN'T smoked, and remember, nobody is perfect and this is the very devil of an addiction to get free of; even if you slip and fall, you can pick yourself back up and carry on. I went back to smoking for a whole month back in the summer after my illness, while I was trying to get back my taste for vapor -- 4 days without it when I was SOOOOO extremely ill just made it taste terrible to me. And I was really depressed about it, slapping myself around for being so "weak", blah blah blah... but it wasn't weakness; it was a real need for the anti-inflammatory stuff in the minor alkaloids -- which I proved when I got smoke-free again, had the cravings again after 10 days smoke-free, added the WTA, and bang, cravings disappeared. And now I'm even further along in smoke-free time than I was before my appendix went south -- 120 days today! But I confess... all the problems I've been having with my breathing, I've given smoking more than a passing thought -- I just decided it would be dumb for an asthmatic who's suffering with their asthma to go back to a habit that would eventually make it far worse, so I added that extra bit of WTA -- and noticed that that extra bit allowed me to vape far less yet still remain satisfied.

Dunno if y'all know this little mind trick -- I got it from AA -- the acronym "HALT" -- Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired -- those are the danger times for ANY addiction. If you feel a craving, ask yourself if you are any of those things; sometimes satisfying that particular need completely obviates the desire for the craved-addiction. Anger was a big one for me when I first got sober; I had to consciously change "I'm so mad at you, I'm just gonna get drunk!" into "I'm so angry at you, you're NOT WORTH killing myself over!" It took a while, but finally sunk in. I refuse to cut off my own nose to spite someone else. :D

Vape on!! :vapor:
