Can't find the right juice..

Hi all,

I've been vaping for a couple of weeks now and I'm having such a hard time finding a liquid that is going to work for me. They either burn my throat, have no throat hit, too much throat hit or just taste bad or have no taste at all. I'm using a standard 510. The cartridges that came with my kit do not burn but have too much throat hit. They just say Marl high. I got a peach, a USA mix tobacco and a menthol from cignot and the peach burns like fire, the tobacco burns a lot and the menthol is great. All of them are vg based and same mg. I have a few from vaporbomb but I get no throat hit from them at all. I have also found that I do not like any that taste sweet. They are 80% vg and 20%pg.

I just want to find one more that I enjoy. I kinda just want a nice tobacco only with medium throat hit and no burning. I don't have a lot of money to play around with so does anyone have any suggestions? I know it's hard to suggest a juice and there are so many vendors but please just throw some names out here for me.

a lower nicotine level will help lessen the throat hit some. i'm not really a fan of tobacco flavors so i can't really help there.

if you haven't tried this, inhale into your mouth first and then your lungs. that came make the TH not as harsh as well.

If they "burn" (?) your throat as in too much throat hit and you're using VG, your nic might be too high.

If you're looking for a tobacco flavor you might try the Tennessee Cured by Johnson Creek in the Red Oak (VG) line. And maybe in a lower nic than you've been using.

Wyatt Earp and RY4 from FreedomSmokeUSA are really good. For more throat hit, try going a little higher on the PG side. Try 70/30 PG/VG.

I also like Backwoods Brew, but the only "tobacco" of theirs I've tried is Applewood, which is sweet. Still, I'd give them a shot. It's quality juice.

For what it's worth, because everyone's taste buds are different, to this date the only tobacco flavors I have found I really like come from Vapor Station, particularly their Texas and Tampa, and I'm growing more fond of their RY4 every day.

Someone told me that the Turkish Blend juice from Cignot is a pretty good tobacco flavor -- I can't personally vouch for it because the bottle I ordered the other day hasn't arrived yet! I am also fond of the menthol from Cignot -- are you using the EcoPure?

Backwoods Brew is my favorite juice thus far. Nice and flavorful without being overpowering. It has a nice tobaccoish flavor. I personally love the Espresso the most. It's a touch sweet but it isn't overpowering at all. Don has great juices...haven't had a bad one except for the Virginia, which I find too close to an analog for my taste.

Give BWB a try. I think you'll be pleased. Otherwise, FreedomSmokeUSA is also a great vendor. Their Hypnotic Mist is awesome and not very sweet at all.

Jennifer - There are many Juices and peoples tastes vary. But I have found that Halo juice is what I like. They only have a few flavors so you won't be overwelmed by choices. They make a very nice tobacco flavor (Freedom juice) with the qualities you state you are looking for. I personaly vape their Smooth 8 (tobacco w/a hint on ginger). I believe all their stuff is PG. Downside is they only sell in 30ml bottles at about $23 each. I bet if you send them an email they would probably ship a sample to you. I have ordered 6 bottles from them in the last six weeks and with each bottle they throw in a cute 5ml sample. That is how I tried the smooth 8. I'd also like to add that whatever you get, make sure you get it in small or sampler size. no matter how many people on here may tell you it's the greatest thing ever. You don't want to get stuck with something you can't stand.

yes, email the vendors explaining what you are looking for and why. They will be more than happy to help. If you do have juice you don't like, please try the PIF subforum, great folks there who are also happy to help! Freedom Smoke USA's cuban cigar is pretty good, very smooth tobacco flavor. I myself prefer super super sweets, so that's the only suggestion I have. I tried the wyatt earp and hated it, but a lot of people love it. It is also important to let your new juices 'steep' for a week or longer. It helps the 'bite' smooth out and the flavors intensify. Welcome to your search for the 'perfect' juice! It really is half the fun if you look at it like an adventure with a happy ending. Hang in there.

I also recommend BWB especially cherry tobacco and applewood tobacco. My favorite juices to vape. I can't vape overly sweet stuff either.

Wordup is the best I have found for tobacco flavors. Very different taste from all the others I've tried. 555 is very smooth.

Just in the back of the throat. I kinda thought it might be the nicotine content but then again I really like the menthol I have and it is the same brand and mg as the peach that burns a lot. Tastes are so different. Trying to get a recommendation to what you are wanting is a "no go" ...the best advise I can give you is if you find a certain flavor you like...then search that flavor - you may find other people with the same taste preferences as you that can give recommendations on other flavors. ...but with that said here's what I like...i'd suggest you try 555 and/or hypnotic myst. Both are smooth without harsh taste. FSUSA is the vendor of my choice. Good Luck and Happy hunting!

You may be getting a bit of nic juice in your mouth...I find that I have a burning sensation in my throat when I've swallowed some juice. Just drink a lot of water and it'll go away.

Just make sure that you aren't over-filling your carts.

It may be the juice needs to age. When I got some juice from a very reputable spullier I found it had this weird chemical burning taste in the back of my throat as I exhaled. It made the juice unvapable.

But a week later I tried it again and that burning in the back of my throat was gone. Sometimes juice just needs a week to age.
