So I am new to electronic smoking and I just purchased an njoy cigar. I charged the batteries and put the battery in and the cartridge in like I'm supposed to, however when I take a draw the atomizer doesn't come on and the light does not come on. There is a little hole near the end of the cigar, pinhole sized, that when you stick something in there the atomizer works and the light comes on. Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

i also see that the RN4062 is the same model as the ngar, so if anyone has any experience with that one maybe they have some ideas as to why it won't work? unfortunately i can't contact customer service until they open again on monday.
Odd. I searched "ngar" 'show posts' and got a page of them. I didn't check each post so don't know how helpful they may be.
Ok... I tried this out and it worked for me but it may be poster specific but you could try this first and if no go do the above.
