Has anyone received caramel flavor from Heaven gifts in the past week or so?
I just got in 3 bottles and somethings not right. First they don't even taste like caramel, more like some kind of medicine. Second the color is a pinkish red.
Just looks weird.
I also have 2 bottles of hilton with no flavor and 1 bottle of licorice with no flavor. Anyone else having any problems.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I wasn't sure where to.

Probably not the advice you're looking for but just get rid of the hassles and go through Ecigsmokestore.com. At least Dawn has a quality control check before she sends stuff out. I've ordered through soo many companies and gotten obvious mistakes.

- Ordered menthol from Eastmall and got a plain tobacco flavor.
- Forgot which company it was but one outfit sent me 0mg juice when I ordered 36mg strength... I was not pleased.
- And most flavors always taste different than what you expect. This never happens with Dawn's juice.

Someone checks each batch for smell and taste before it's bottled and packed.

Heaven Gifts gets their juice right from DK. I had a 10ml bottle of licorice that turned out to be coffee. Justed diluted and used it for mixing. I like their coffee anyway.

I have Caramel coming in the next day or two. I'll let you know.

I have to wait and see what Wayne has to say.

Please post your response from Wayne. Yes, I too rcvd a bottle of Caramel this week and to be honest ... didn't even try it. I put it with stored juices in the frig. Mine too was a pinkish/orangy color ... didn't look right at all. Didn't even WANT to tase it.

Part of the email from Wayne:
the Caramel flavor is indeed something strange. We indeed got feedbacks from 3 or 4 other customers. They told us it was not real caramel taste, but pina colada or pineapple. They all liked the flavor but suggested us change the label. We didn't know what was the real caramel taste, so we contacted the factory for this issue 2 weeks ago and sent a bottle of caramel e-juice to them for analysis.
But the factory insisted this was just their caramel e-juice after they had done some investigation. So we can only sell it with the label of 'caramel'. Hope you can understand.

As for the 0 flavor bottles Wayne gave me a refund and ask me to send the bottles back for testing.
My personal feeling on this is the DK factory is getting hit hard with orders and making mistakes. They did get the low ml amount problem solved, which was just a machine recalibration thing most likely.

I heard that you shouldn't store your juice in the fridge. Will PM you in case you don't see this.

I have heard and seen many labels that state to store in the fridge to extend life, or to keep cool and dry...

cool and dry is one thing, COLD and dry is another. Users have reported stories of their equid going bad in the fridge or taking on a greenish color. I just store my equid in a desk drawer in my room.

I just got my Caramel in (mix up at the post office). It is pinkish in color and does taste like Pina Colada actually. If you've ever had the tropical flavor of Lifesavers, it tastes exactly like the Pina Colada ones. That's one of my favorites, so I'm keeping it. But nothing like a caramel flavor at all. I've still got my RY4 to fall back on. Is it Pina Colada? Is it supposed to be Caramel? Who knows. I've got about 4 months worth of juice at the moment so one of these days I'll order a 10ml bottle and try it again.

A lot of the caramel flavors I have bought from a lot of suppliers have been fruity, rather than caramel-ly. I don't know what the deal could be unless they are really stock flavors and the Chinese taste for caramel is just different. The only one so far that I have felt really tasted like caramel candy is the one I get from alternasmokes. His tastes really butter-caramel.
