GREAT presentation.
The points I especially loved were that the government-mandated warnings on smokeless tobacco misleads smokers into believing there is no health benefit to switching from smoking to a smokeless alternative. And, just as terrible, it misleads youth who use smokeless into believing that switching from smokeless to smoking will not result in any increased risk.
Elaine also suggested that to avoid encouraging children to try these products, perhaps the tobacco control community should refrain from calling them "tobacco candy."

(Unfortunately, the caption reflects "tobacco industry" instead of "tobacco control community." The transcriptionist at the hearing must have been asleep at the keyboard.

)
GREAT job, Elaine. Loved, loved, loved the presentation. It's so important that vapers have a strong, credible voice, and CASAA is doing a great job of ensuring our voice is heard.
